Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Spotsylvania County

Daniel’s place was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. The house provided everything we needed for all parties, from the shuffle board, to kayaking, and boat house. The added boat rental option is a must. We had a great time being right on the water.

Melinda was very responsive and accommodating when having to check in early, was a nice weekend get away for what we needed it for. Will definitely be back!

Derek & Nathan are super hosts! Both hosts are extremely communicative, accommodating, proactive, flexible, professional, and understanding. Our group of 8 was worried of the possibility the snowy weather would affect our travel dates but our hosts took the time out to shovel clearing the exterior prior to our arrival and even providing us with snow materials such as shovels, salt, etc. just in case we needed it. The images didn’t do the interior enough justice either! The home was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, cozy and extremely spacious. For shopping I would recommend doing it early since there is only Food Lion & Dollar General as grocery options but there is an ABC store close by as well if you are into spirits. We will 100% return if our group ever prepares to stay in Mineral again. Thank you both once again.

This a a wonderful house for big groups. Very comfortable and lots to do. Many water toys for the lake and a variety of games in the house basement. Hot tub, pedal boat, standup paddle, floaters, fire pit, pool table, karaoke machine, video games, one cannot get bored. The house is extremely well equipped with clear instructions all over on how to use all gadgets and amenities. The EV chargers are a great plus. We had a wonderful stay!

The property is brilliantly located, right on the lake. The Dock House was a perfect place to hang out and read, fish, watch T.V. and socialize. We especially liked that the home had sleeping amenities on all three floors, and private bathrooms. The downstairs area provided a perfect space for the kids to play games, and bunk up in bunk bed room. Lastly, the appliances were top of the line, the stove, oven, washer/dryer etc..

We enjoyed our stay at Tracy's place! Came down to do a triathlon at Lake Anna. Very peaceful area and the house itself was very inviting and comfy. The main bed was a bit hard but that is more to do with my personal taste than anything. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the tranquility of the home. Our pups enjoyed running all around the large property. Any issue we had we got an immediate response and resolution. If you enjoy being around nature and serenity, you will love your stay here, just remember to bring your bug spray ;)

Sharon's place was precisely how it appeared and was described... and then some. The attention to detail separates this Airbnb from most others. Sharon proactively shared everything with us ahead of time with thorough instructions. Her place was very clean and organized, equipped with everything we needed to grill and cook. The lake area, which is shared with others, was plenty large enough for our group of nine to swim and relax on the beach. The screened in porch was a really nice spot to socialize. This is a gem and it's definitely on our radar for future visits.

Awesome quiet room basement apartment. Very well kept. Clean and neat. Very good location for me nice neighborhood. Parking was easy. Private space. W back yard area.

Very secluded location. Beautiful outside sitting area that backs to the trees. 2 bedrooms that are on opposite sides of the apartment that allows privacy for both rooms. Full kitchen area and TV in sitting area

This was the nicest Airbnb I've rented in YEARS. It is very well-appointed and maintained, with everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend. It is nestled away in the bottom floor of a beautiful house, but you very much feel like you're all on your own. Separate entrance, plenty of parking space. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and woodsy. The hosts were very responsive and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. It was a little over ten minutes to drive to the convention center, so very convenient! Just be aware that the room with one twin bed is inside of the master bedroom- a repurposed dressing room. So whoever stays in there will have to walk through another bedroom to get to their bed. It wasn't a problem for us, but I thought it would be helpful to mention it for those looking for fully private spaces for all guests. I would 100% stay again the next time I'm in Fredericksburg. My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend at your apartment very much. It was my wife's college reunion weekend, and this apartment was a great place in which to access everything. Great historic building that has been renovated in a very responsible manner.

Very nice getaway. William was always quick to respond to any questions. The space is nice and comfortable. It is located in a prime location close to shopping and restaurants. Great to walk everywhere and not have to drive. Comfy bed and nice hot shower. Highly recommend.

My husband and I came in for my nieces wedding and we picked a property that seemed accessible for a wheel chair while still having room to see family who wanted to stop in and visit. This place was more than enough. From suggestions about where to go and what to do to putting us on bird watch for Petey the peacock our stay could not have been better! Trish and Glen are so kind! Also if you are worried about privacy with hosts living in the home above, don’t. We had all the privacy we wanted!

Fantastic host - was very flexible, patient, and accommodating when an unexpected event occurred. A rare trait it seems these days unfortunately, but very thankful for their understanding and willingness to help.
