Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants & grocery/shopping . Good space for couples, business/stop-over travelers and solo adventurers.

Country Art Studio with private outside area

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Easy walking access to downtown Springfield eateries, stores & the Willamette River trail. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. You will be close to Autzen Stadium/PK Park, shopping and outdoor activities in this incredibly spacious guesthouse, a gem in the heart of Eugene. Situated in a large grassy yard, the house features a fully equipped kitchenette, vaulted ceiling and roomy bathroom. Set up studio-style, the two comfortable queen beds can be curtained off from main living area for privacy. Small pets welcome by prior arrangement. An additional queen size cabinet bed is in the living room area and can be used upon request. Off-street parking. NO SMOKING OR VAPING PLEASE.

Enjoy this cute & cozy tiny home equipped to make your vacation comfortable & convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field & Matthew Knight Arena. Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Supermarket, many great restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!

This private bungalow combines the best of the Eug-Spr metro's nature and city scene. Peaceful and centrally-located, you have the place all to yourself and can stay via entry code for easy access day or night. It's a one-bedroom, one-bath with a comfy living room and fully equipped kitchen suited for longer stays or just those who love to cook. Sleeping options include a queen memory foam mattress, heavy duty airbed, or the outdoor tent cot (available upon request).

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
