Architecturally designed backyard cottage located one mile south of the University of Oregon adjacent to Eugene's historic Masonic Cemetery. This contemporary Northwest space includes a spacious living area with a new king-sized bed, smart TV, WiFi, kitchen, bathroom, private sauna and hot tub, and a spacious deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets.​​ Located within walking distance to the University, coffee shops, Amazon Pool, and neighborhood stores. The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

College Hill Garden Cottage

This is a beautiful remodeled vintage cottage filled with natural light, exposed brick, fir floors, a gas fireplace, and private parking. It is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Come sip your morning coffee on the outdoor patio and enjoy a "secret garden" like setting. A child travel crib can be provided upon request and the electric bikes can be fitted with a toddler seat!

The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.
