Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in the beautiful South University neighborhood. Free off street parking with private driveway. Walk 3 blocks to restaurants, a natural health food store and shops. Both bedrooms have Queen beds with brand new mattresses and luxurious sheets and pillows. The couch in the main area can pull out to accommodate an additional person. The second bedroom has a workspace desk and chair with lots of natural light.

Set in the front garden of our 1892 Queen Anne is the Garden Studio, ready to welcome you to all that Eugene has to offer. The Garden Studio has been recently updated and features a stocked kitchenette, dining area, smart TV, large sectional, queen size bed, and fully remodeled bathroom. This comfortable space is quietly set in the South Hills while also being easily accessible to the University of Oregon, downtown, Interstate 5 and all of the outdoor pursuits that make Eugene so special.

Country Art Studio with private outside area

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.
