Kitchen with basic amenities, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, hot plate,coffee,tea,water, shower, towels,toilet, TV, WiFi. The apartment has a large loggia for a pleasant relaxation. On warm days, seating is available. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking by the house. Krásný malý byt až pro 4 lidi v panelovém domě v blízkosti historického centra Hradce Králové a Šimkových sadů. Byt má venkovní žaluzie, velmi pohodlnou vyvýšenou postel pro 2 na které si krásně odpočinete. Kuchyň, která nabízí vše potřebné pro vaření a obývací pokoj, kde je velká TV, křesla a sedačka (nejde rozložit) ,ale dá se přespat, plus je možné použít rozkládací matraci. V koupelně najdete vanu, pračku a sušičku. Velká výhoda parkování zdarma před domem. Těším se na vaši návštěvu :)

Weekend House

The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.

Shepherd's hut in orchard

Our shepherd's hut, where we once lived, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that slightly swings like a boat in the wind. Parked in a fence with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than the grains in the sand of all the seas of the world, and in the morning to rub your feet in the rose, you will love it.

TIMBER HOUSE Tiny home , sauna , bathtub

Timber House offers a great getaway for those busy and tired of city life. Come and recharge yourself at this private retreat, where attention to detail creates a unique and unforgettable experience. The Timber House was constructed for those that can appreciate simple perfection. It has its own spacious garden, a sauna and relax area, and is close to nature.

Place in the middle of Czech Republic

We offer apartment with two rooms, toilet and litl entrance hall. There are two double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. We can offer parking place, garage for the bicycles and fireplace. The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
