There is a rocky beach opposite our house which you can get to by foot in 5 mins, and a sandy beach just 8 mins away by foot also. Amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharm, shops) are within walking distance.

This luxurious suite is situated in a newly built apartment building in St. Paul's Bay. The complex is home to six individual apartments, and this particular one on the top floor can sleep two people, has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a living space with a TV. Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!
