Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Well, it turns out that Heaven really is a place on Earth! What a wonderful property. I was tempted to run away with the key so no one else can get in but me! Add to that The Most Comfortable Mattress On Earth (TM), and it was actually quite hard to go out and get anything done! I'm definitely coming back here. Frankly, I may put in an offer to buy it! Utterly wonderful break. Sandra is so friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. The whole thing was quite appallingly perfect.

Exceeded our expectations despite being beautifully presented. They bought us a bottle of champagne for our birthday and were extremely flexible and accommodating. Loved our stay thank you Marta and team.

Thanks so much David & Donna for a wonderful stay. The location was brilliant for proximity to the beach which was perfect for the children. The games room, table football and board games made our time very enjoyable. We went out and about a lot enjoying lovely days out at Battle, Pevensey Castle and Herstmonceux castle plus also enjoyed lovely meals out. Our favourite restaurant was the Thai restaurant in Battle (wonderful and would highly recommend)! The house was also the best equipped of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in! Thx so much.

The perfect cottage for our holiday in Rye, with every detail spot on. Comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated, we felt at home as soon as we opened the door. Nothing could be faulted!

Peaceful location but well situated for visiting Rye, Battle, Hastings and surrounding National Trust properties and Gardens. Well equipped, excellent shower, off road parking. Not difficult to find if you follow the instructions provided

The place is beautiful and spacious also private, the pictures don't quite do it justice. A wonderful getaway location and the setup is family friendly. Rob is an excellent host and was always very accommodating and responsive.

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Spectacular views of the sea, great location! We had a wonderful stay, and really appreciated the later check out. Very helpful hosts.

Stayed with my adult daughter and my maltese terrier fifi from Thursday to Sunday last week .. two min walk to old town which was buzzing with bars , pubs n restaurants .. lots dog friendly too .. the bakery 2 shops away from the gallery was to die for .. Jane kindly left a bottle of wine , milk and croissants which was such a nice touch .. we had beautiful weather too which was a bonus !! Thankyou Jane for a truley wonderful stay in your gallery garden flat we loved it and the lil courtyard garden was lovely in the mornings having coffee outside .. honestly too many positives to mention !! Gorgeous and generous accommodation in Old Hastings, central to great restaurants, independent shops, the beach, and old fishing quarter. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with interesting objects, and feels like home from home. The thoughtful details and numerous provisions made for a great and happy stay. Our thanks to the hosts for the ease or communication and plentiful suggestions and, of course, for the wonderful 'home'. We hope to be back!

We had a great couple of days in Victoria's place. The balcony was worth it alone! Lovely spot for breakfast, pre-dinner drinks, post dinner drinks! Views of the sea, bird nests on the opposite buildings, bats flying late at night. Also, if you peer over the balcony there is often a beautiful fox sunning itself in the garden below. St Leonards and Hastings Old Town are great for an amble, with views from East Hill back over the town if you're feeling spritely! All in all, a great stay.

Absolutely superb location and perfect for our family stay by the sea. The beach hut is such a brilliant addition and we loved utilising it as we were lucky with the weather. The house was spotless, comfortable beds and a great layout for families.

Very nice little apartment in a fantastic central location. The afternoon sunshine on the balcony was lovely. Pay attention to the height warning! It was fine for me and my daughter, both 5 ft 6, but much taller would have been tricky.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, very clean, stylish, and extremely comfortable—everything we were hoping for. We especially loved the outdoor seating area, which got plenty of sun and was perfect for relaxing. Parking was spot on, right outside the property, which made things super easy. The location is excellent too—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was ideal. The host had great communication throughout, which really helped everything go smoothly. This trip was a birthday present for my wife, and it honestly couldn’t have been better—thank you so much!

I had a really wonderful 7 weeks and 4 days at Lisa and Lee's first floor apartment in St Leonards-on-Sea, overlooking Warrior Square Gardens, with a lovely sea view from the lounge and balcony. On arrival, Lisa and Lee warmly greeted me and showed me around. Everything was clean and tidy, beautifully decorated, with a very cozy and comfortable feel. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the sea front. A very memorable stay and I'm definately looking forward to returning soon. Great apartment, very warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. It’s ideally situated for walking into Bexhill town centre and the beach is moments away. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Andrea we hope to return soon.

What a little gem. So homely. Lots of thoughtful bits. Like milk bread and butter in the fridge. Shampoo and shower gel. Lots of lovely little touches to make you feel welcome. Such a lovely location too. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend a stay at this cosy little retreat next to the sea.

We had a lovely stay at this lovely 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the sea. The photos were accurate and the view was just as stunning in person. As a family of four, we really appreciated the space—the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful, always quick to reply to any messages. Although the weather wasn’t great during our visit, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—if anything, it’s a good excuse to come back and enjoy it again in better weather!

Beautiful peaceful sanctuary. We loved it! The photos don’t do this space justice at all. Can’t wait to return for another evening wine by the firepit.

We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again.
