The place was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. I traveled by car, so the location was perfect for visiting Interlaken, Lucerne, and Zurich. It was a comfortable and convenient stay — highly recommended if you’re exploring the area by car!

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! De accommodatie is netjes, zeer schoon en is volledig uitgerust. Eén plek van waaruit je verschillende uitstapjes kunt maken in de mooie omgeving. Verder in de omgeving, vlakbij, voldoende voorzieningen voor boodschappen.

Our stay with Bettina was amazing! She provided local recommendations for hikes and it was a very smooth process to check in. The convenience of the grocery store across the street and bus station was also very helpful since we did not rent a car. Another plus was that the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, forks, dishes. Everything was very clean. We would stay here again.

Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

The Beckenreid home was a paradise- right from way before arriving, Corina was so amazing with her communication and help in any way. She picked me and dropped me , always checked to make sure I was safe. The little gestures- chocolates/ tea / coffee/ the flowers/ candles...all so heart warming. Her family too is the most beautiful and so friendly and always helpful The apartment, location surroundings lake and mountain views - Heaven on earth. I will definitely be coming back to stay at Corina's

We had a wonderful stay on the Eggbergen. It was truly a memorable experience. The apartment was spacious, beautifully equipped, and offered breathtaking views straight out of a picture book. We felt warmly welcomed and appreciated the many helpful tips we received during our time there. The fresh eggs, and other local produce from the nearby farm shop were a real treat, and we’ll definitely miss the peaceful atmosphere and the cows grazing below the house. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature in a stunning setting!

Kleine, aber sehr feine, tolle Unterkunft in super zentraler Lage. Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage in Luzern in Edgars Unterkunft.

Honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! Dieter was a really nice host, and checked in to see how we were going. Checking into the apartment was super easy and it was all very clean. The best part of this Airbnb is definitely the location and amenities. If you’re looking for an Airbnb with amazing views from your window, that’s still close to Lucerne city (both walking distance and easy bus access), then this is the one! All the appliances and furniture also seemed brand new, which just added to the really nice feel of the apartment.

הדירה של אנדריאה ורטו הייתה נעימה מסודרת נקיה ומאובזרת היטב הדירה ביתית והיה בה הכל! הופתענו מהגודל לטובה. יש חלל משותף לחדר שינה והסלון חלל נפרד למטבח ושירותים בסוף המסדרון. הנוף מהמטבח מושלם! נוף לאגם ולהרים! המרפסת מפנקת עם נוף להר ועם ערסל. אנדריאה ורטו היו מקסימים קיבלו אותנו בחיוך וכל מה שהיינו צריכות הביאו לנו באהבה. נהנו מאוד ממליצות בחום!

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM…. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!! You cannot find a more beautiful place, a more respectful, responsive and hospitable hosts and staff, a cleaner apartment and a more stunning sunset in anywhere else ! The location is great and very peaceful with walking and hiking paths all around, and about 20 minutes away from Luzern ! I can not thank Nathalie and her dad, Mr. Hoffman enough for making our one month stay at their place comfortable, enjoyable and memorable! Our dog was also warmly welcomed and had an amazing time ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK TO IT AGAIN!

Die Unterkunft ist (fast) perfekt. Sehr sauber, gut gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Familien mit einem Auto auf jeden Fall ein Traum. Was uns gestört hat, war die Kirche direkt gegenüber. Die Glocken läuten jede 15 Minuten und ziemlich lange. Um 05:33 sind es mehr als 50 und man kann einfach nicht ruhig schlafen. Nichts wofür Gastgeber etwas machen können aber sollte man wissen falls vor hat lange auszuschlafen. Außerdem fehlten uns Salz und Pfeffer im der Küche (Villeicht nicht gefunden?!)

Marc, Michael, & Peter were amazing hosts. This was our first AirB&B experience and now we’re hooked! The place is exactly as described, so there were no surprises. Check in was the easiest experience I’ve had. We’ve never used a bus system before, so we were a little apprehensive at first. Don’t make the mistake we did by dragging our luggage from the train station for 10 minutes (we loved to call it the walk of shame🤣). The buses literally tilt down a little, so you can pull all that overpacked luggage on easily. The bus stop closest to the house is called “Rank” in Horw. The Train & bus system in Switzerland is mind blowing efficient. You’ll probably never experience anything like it elsewhere in the world. They even brought us fresh mint from their garden for us to make mint tea, when we were feeling sick.

This is a beautiful location with many great activities nearby. the apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a great apartment close to Lucerne but away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the city. The neighborhood is very quiet, the train station is a 7-minute walk away, and Werner is a fantastic host. This apartment is bigger than expected, and the beds are comfy. We highly recommend it and we will be back soon!

Check-in and checkout was smooth. Washer/dryer on site in the building which is helpful. Good location, close to the city centre. Clean unit. Hosts were communicative.

INCREDIBLE!! The photos don’t do justice to just how truly incredible this place is. I would recommend 10/10 times and would come back in a second. Marlise, her husband Chrigel and son Mike were all incredibly kind and welcoming, helping us get a more local experience. The apartment itself has everything you need, and is located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train/boat station, restaurants and grocery stores. The hot tub/ sauna and outdoor shower, mixed with the view make this place a relaxing paradise.

This may have been the coolest place I have ever stayed! You should absolutely book this place if you have the opportunity. The hot tub alone has a perfect view of Staubbachfall while you are in it, and a really cool light setup - the waterfall is also lit up at night! This place was truly magical! Inside was amazingly cozy, and had all you could need for a stay like this. The deck had a perfect view of the valley with an amazing place to wake up every morning and drink coffee. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! I ran into some issues with Airbnb (no fault of theirs) and they went out of their way to help us and solve the issue! Truly some of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced! Very responsive through messaging, and were wonderful showing us the place. I would definitely book here again and hope to.

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed – very well-equipped. The views were lovely and the location was perfect and peaceful. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she made us feel right at home and was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! ❤️

Wir waren 3 Tage mit einem Kleinkind da. Alles war super! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat für unser Kind schon alles im Vorfeld vorbereitet: eine Reisebett mit Bettwäsche, Hochstuhl (mit altersentsprechendem Geschirr, Besteck, Lätzchen…etc), Wickelplatz und viele Spielzeuge!! Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, vor dem Haus gibt es Besucherparkplätze. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden gerne nochmal kommen.

The view is everything! Must have a car if in this area, garage is provided and nice to have. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Home is well depicted in pictures. Television is upstairs only. A big plus is the access to the hotel spa and pool, very conveniently located just a 2 min walk. The mattress in our opinion was far too soft for our liking but that is our preference. Overall nice place and would recommend. If we are looking to stay in the same area again we would be happy to come back.
