Die Unterkunft ist die ideale Basis für eine Auszeit in abwechslungsreicher Natur, umgeben von kraftvollen Orten und historischen Monumenten. Willkommen am See.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.
