In the living room there are 2 sofa beds, space for 4 people. Three bedrooms with a double bed in each room. There is also a baby bed. The property is newly renovated and has a very central location in Stavanger, with direct connection to everything the city center has to offer. Nearby is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and there is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. In the backyard there is access to a common patio. The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

Vi har nylig (2024) pusset opp kjelleretasjen i huset hvor vi selv bor, og er nå klare for å ta imot gjester som ønsker å besøke denne kjekke byen! Vi er en småbarnsfamilie på 5 som bor i overetasjen, så noe lyd fra barneføtter som løper over gulvet må man kunne forvente. Til gjengjeld kan vi tilby det som trengs for et fint opphold med gode senger, romslige rom, et godt utstyrt kjøkken og leker/ spill for både barn og voksne. Det er gratis parkering i carport og mulighet for lading av elbil.
