Den ligger noen minutters gange fra sentrum, og rett nedenfor Pedersgata som er kjent for sine kulinariske nytelser. Leiligheten har ett soverom med plass til to, men det er og en god sovesofa i stuen som kan gjøres om til en dobbeltseng dersom det er behov for det.
