Unique house of 25 sqm built in 2019. Sleeps 5 of which 3 beds on the loft and sofa bed for 2 people on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower. Kitchenette (not stove) with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, egg boiler, etc. The house is wintery and has both AC and heating. South facing and patio on the front, with barbecue, in the morning and evening sun. 1500m to one of Sweden's best beaches and about 1400m to the center. Approximately 30 minutes drive from Malmö and 2 minutes walk from bus stop with frequent departures.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with two sleeping places and dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The bedroom is with a double bed and exit to the shared garden. From the bedroom there is access to bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. Note: Additional fees are required for adult numbers 3 and 4. Children are always free.

The guesthouse is dimensioned for 4 people, with a double bed and two single beds upstairs, however, there is also a comfortable sofa downstairs to sleep in, which makes me accept 5 guests.

Welcome to our lovely family holiday home in Rødvig! We are a family of 3 generations who love our lovely house in Rødvig, where we find peace and coziness both together and separately. We would like to share this with you! The garden has been converted to partly Wild with Will, where nature and wild flowers adorn the beautiful garden, which also contains a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fire pit and playground with swings and slide.
