Here you will find peace and relaxation in nature, but also numerous leisure activities, hiking, biking trails and fishing opportunities are right at your doorstep. Comfortable bright apartment 3*** DTV, (80m²) in the attic with patio and barbecue. Located directly on the Kyll and forest edge without transit traffic. The apartment is directly accessible from the outside via the stairwell, has a parking space, storage for bicycles or motorcycles. You will stay in the former school of the small Eifel village of Seinsfeld. The previously used school hall has been converted into a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment for up to 4 people. In the apartment is a wood-burning stove, which can only be used in the cold months. The meadow of the former schoolyard is available for your use. In the immediate vicinity of the property there are numerous possibilities for extensive hiking and cycling tours.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle.
