Such a beautiful spot on the lake!!! We had the most beautiful weekend, the kids loved he pool and the boats, nothing was missing! We would have stayed another week! Jennifer and Jose answered all our messages within a few minutes and were super accommodating. We will definitely be back!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

The graves home was very comfortable. It was very accommodating. It had enough room for the whole family. We were not on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable. The last place we stayed at the beds were horrible. These were absolutely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet no surrounding neighbors. It was wonderful to wake up and see the deer in the backyard every morning while I was drinking my coffee. The host was great. He responded within 5 to 10 minutes every time I had no issues would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing family getaway. and the pool is wonderful.

We rented this for my brothers bachelor party and it was the PERFECT spot. Super quiet area, tons of stuff to do in the house and in the community, not to mention Masthope mountain is a beautiful spot to be at! The house was awesome and all the amenities were great, the golf sim was down while we were there which was a bummer but everything else about it was amazing!

It was a beautiful stay and everything were just like the photos! We enjoyed our stayed!

This place has everything we were looking for - pool, hot tub, and a yard for our dogs. This is the second time we stayed here, and it was perfect once again!

Amy & Sean's place was perfect. We choose it for its proximity to our wedding venue and couldn't be happier. The HOT Tub was just what we needed after a long day of preparing for our wedding. 100% recommend and will definitely consider staying again.

We had a beautiful stay in Kerhonkson for a relaxing bachelorette weekend! Lillian’s place is absolutely beautiful and was so comfortable for my friends and I. Everything was as described, extremely clean, plenty of linens and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. We enjoyed sitting by the pool when it was sunny. Lillian was very communicative and flexible with check in time. Thank you!

We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

The home was pristine and beautifully designed, feeling like a brand new home. Everything was purposely placed to have exactly what you would think you’d need. The host is extremely friendly and super responsive. The views of the lake are awesome. The bedrooms are huge and the beds and bedding are extremely cozy (we all slept like babies). The duel decks are a really cool set up with the hot tub on the bottom such a cool vibe with really nice ceiling lights hanging. We came for a work escape as a team, and this was a great stay for us. The bedrooms upstairs also had their own little balconies, which is great to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before getting our day started. They also had all the amenities in the kitchen you could ever need.

We love this place! It’s the second time we stayed. Great for a family get away or a girls weekend (we have done both). Our hosts are always very accommodating and responsive. A beautiful warm home!

Staying at Jo's place was an absolute pleasure. The house itself was just as described and sits in a cozy area steps from Greenwood Lake. My fiance and I spent a week there and honestly felt as if it could be our second home. There was plenty to do at the lake where we swam, paddle boarded, and kayaked all around the beautiful water. Jo made sure that life jackets were provided for us and that they were the appropriate size which was incredibly thoughtful. She also gave us lots of recommendations for local places to eat and to see which was also very nice. Communication with her was top notch and was always comfortable. We will absolutely consider coming back to her beautiful home.

Loved staying here, Fanny was very responsive. The house is so spacious. My girls and I had a blast!

Jay was a great host and the property was wonderful. My group and I do a trip to renn fair every year and would love to come back!

Stefan & Tais’s home was an incredible peaceful getaway. Walking into the main floor was stunning and really took our breathe away with the huge windows and lookout to the lake. The home came with everything we could want from a grill and fire pit to kayaks and paddle boards. I would recommend their home to anyone looking to have a nice getaway with a beautiful sunset view!

We’ve been going to Greenwood Lake for many years but this was our first time with kids and it was the perfect home for two couples and three kids. They loved the slide and hammock and all the space to run around outside as well as the game room upstairs. We took the boat out on the lake during the day and one day a family of swans even came up to the dock. It was so special! Dana had everything we needed plus things we hadn’t even thought to bring (like extra long skewers to roast marshmallows for s’mores in the fire pit!) It was a beautiful backdrop for a lovely weekend and we wished we could have stayed longer. Overall fantastic and above and beyond!

We had a great stay in the house. The proximity to NYC is wonderful and there are many great local spots nearby. The house itself is very accommodating, charming, and the yard is unbeatable. I'm sure during summer it's fantastic.

We had amazing stay at the cabin! Location is perfect: views of the lake are gorgeous, cabin is very private, it’s walkable to downtown, and short drive to nearby attractions. Hosts made us feel at home right away. Cabin is pretty big and freshly renovated. I highly recommend to visit drowned lands brewery (10 minutes ride) and stop by at GWL ice cream shack (walkable from the cabin). We enjoyed our vacation and will certainly book again! Thank you

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

Tranquil place if looking for a peaceful getaway. Was a prefect place to come back to relax at after a wonderful dinner in Rhinebeck.

We had a wonderful stay at Zach’s Lake house! This was probably the nicest house I’ve rented from Airbnb or VRBO. The house is well decorated with top notch appliances and finishes throughout the house. Just little details like fine wine and champagne glasses, firewood for fire pit, bath robe in the master suite, kayaks, etc. The location of the house was amazing right on the lake. We rented a boat for 3 days and the dock was so convenient. Can’t recommend this house enough!
