Beautiful location, peaceful and private. Spacious, modern, comfortable home. Really good advice about places to explore and visit in the surrounding area. This is a place we’d return to in a heartbeat. Just the tonic after a week in Paris and a hectic entry via JFK. Ben’s place is a haven away from the world. We just loved it!

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. It was a great getaway, coffee and a beautiful view every morning! Despite the weather not cooperating we still enjoyed the serenity of the mountains! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

My husband and I needed some time to re-bond and boy did this place and Tom & Carol deliver. The best airbnb we've ever stayed in, very romantic, beautiful, and inspiring. They put so much love and detail into the place, it went above and beyond in terms of amenities (they had everything we needed plus so much more). I had brought a lasagna that was too big to heat in their airfryer, so they offered to put it in their oven to heat up - which was lovely of them. Honestly this place and the hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. Tom & Carol gave us a personal tour of their beautiful property, gallery and house and all of Tom's artwork - which is everywhere. Tom is so talented and answered our many, many questions. They were super welcoming to my dog as well, and our dogs even played together! My only complaint w/tongue in cheek: Tom doesn't sell his work any longer as he's building a sculpture garden and museum - I get that, but it was hard to not buy some of his incredible work.

Monika's home was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The design, style, and quality is something unparalleled in other airbnbs, it has a cohesive, elevated design throughout the entire home. It has everything you could possible need and is so thoughtful in every way. The backyard is huge and is perfect for a family to spend time together. We went on a great hike to a waterfall (which is within walking distance). Location is amazing as it's a close drive to Minnewaska. The location in Kerhonkson is in a nice secluded area. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in the area this is it!

We had a great weekend getaway. All restaurants and shops were a quick walk away and we enjoyed the outside patio area. The house was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our trip. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in the Warwick area.

This is a very beautiful home and grounds. Tracy and Errol are very welcoming and friendly. Guests who stay there have access to the grounds and the pool which are beautifully maintained, peaceful, and lush. My teenage grandchildren came over to visit and swim in the pool and loved the decorative details of the apartment! Tracy provided many extra little touches like providing toothbrushes. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Overall, I can’t say enough about what a lovely place this is. 😊

Great stay at Jasmine’s well furnished, rustic feel cottage. Peaceful location but just a quick ride to Woodstock, Kingston and Rhinebeck. Pool was perfect - we used it everyday. Heat bathroom floors is a nice touch!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Richard was extremely responsive and made everything so easy for us. He even recommended the amazing Ice Caves for our hike and it did not disappoint! Even though it rained a lot, we were still able to get use out of the hot tub and the pool on our last day. The water is soooo stinky though (as advertised) - a little hard to get used to but indeed great for your skin and hair.

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Karali and Max have a beautiful placed tucked away in the bucolic setting of New Paltz..just few minutes away from the New Paltz downtown. The home is peaceful and serenez and Karali is a great host with deep knowledge and experience on things to do in the region. We wanted to explore the Hudson valley and this was the ideal place to rest and stay for us.

Place was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room and Plenty of space for us to relax. Edwin was very responsive which made our trip go by so smoothly!

Our family of 5 and pup had the best time on this gorgeous property! The photos do not do the artful design justice, it’s simply stunning and so thoughtful. Our kids swam ever day and loved the pool. We enjoyed Grace Farms, Prospect Movie Thester and a lovely Father’s Day meal at the Inn at Pound Ridge. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked for someone who likes to cook and DoorDash was also easy to use when we didn’t feel like cooking. We will definitely be back! Thank you, RJ and John!

This place has everything we were looking for - pool, hot tub, and a yard for our dogs. This is the second time we stayed here, and it was perfect once again!

Benjamin's place is all you expect and more. It is clean, roomy, comfortable, and quiet. My family is all about comfortable temperatures and the AC makes each room feel great. If you are sitting on the deck, off the kitchen, there is a breeze with pretty sunrises and sunsets. Ben was a thoughtful host! I reached out with one simple question and before we knew it we had items delivered to the door - for our family and our dog! It was a delightful and welcoming touch. The cottage is so comfortable with fabulous bedding, a fantastic Jacuzzi tub, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full coffee and tea bar! Such a generous amenity. I highly recommend Benjamin's cottage.

This place is amazingggg. Such a perfect experience. I’m so glad I came here. I love it so much I ended up saying two extra days. I wanna keep it all to myself. I don’t even wanna tell you guys about it. 😂 this place really is as perfect as it looks. The beds are so comfortable, the view is amazing. The sounds are amazing. Everything is high quality. Heated floor and seat in bathroom. It’s so peaceful and private. There’s a Japanese style hot tub in the backyard that overlooks the river. And string lights thru the back yard. I love it SO much. Everything here is so intentional. Jenny did an amazing job with this place. And Jenny is so chill and fun. I don’t wanna Airbnb anywhere else - this place has ruined it for all other places 😂

This was the best BNB we have ever stayed at! Very clean, comfortable, private, and beautiful. You can tell thought was put into every detail. We didn't want to leave! The beds were very comfortable, we even ordered the same bedding with the BNB Cozy Earth discount code that was in the bedroom once we got home (Thank you, Meng!). The location was also great and not too far from anything with a lot of scenic natural beauty. We stopped at the North Branch Cider Mill nearby for coffee and some shopping and that's now my favorite stop in the Catskills! We hope to be back again soon. 10/10!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin! It was the perfect home base for exploring the local climbing areas. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed after long days outside. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and thoughtful touches. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area for climbing or other outdoor adventures. We'd definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful place to stay in the Hudson Valley. The view from the property is just breathtaking. Dan’s place is very clean, open and beautifully furnished. We can’t wait to come back!

It was an incredible experience. My family, my two dogs, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our wonderful and attentive host, John, who helped us carry our bags and belongings to the cabin. The house is a cozy 1930s cottage, nestled on a hill in a green meadow, offering peaceful views in a pristine and tranquil setting overlooking the Delaware River which was directly in front of the house. The house features beautiful antique furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We especially liked that the house was dog-friendly. It was a haven for them! It was amazing to see marmots, deer, eagles, and birds of various species, which were all part of our enjoyment. We will definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and be in touch with nature. Thanks again for allow us to stay in this wonderful Place, John!
