Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sterling Forest, Greenwood Lake

This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

Such a beautiful location on the lake and great home - spacious and very clean! Jose was incredibly responsive and a great host. Check-in and check-out was very easy, which is always appreciated. Hope we can come back someday!!

We had a great weekend getaway. All restaurants and shops were a quick walk away and we enjoyed the outside patio area. The house was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our trip. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in the Warwick area.

She has gone to great lengths to accurately describe the home in detail so there are no surprises. *Read all of the info she has provided!* Home: * clean * very roomy * well laid out * thoughtfully decorated but not cluttered * very well supplied kitchen and bathrooms * soaking tub 👍👍 * comfortable beds * customizable temps in bedrooms * AMAZING game selection Our visit was in summer; the home would be perfect for wintertime skiing. Our group, just fyi: 9 adults and 1 crawling infant. Two adults are senior citizens who don't handle stairs well, so we planned to stay in, play games, cook our meals, and just enjoy family time. This BNB was perfect for that. Once they took the stairs to get inside, they were very comfortable on the first floor where most of our activity was. The baby gate, high chair, and portable crib were so appreciated.

The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. It was newly renovated, clean, easy to locate, and in a prime location. We met Graham when we got there. He was outside working on more renovations, and he became a friendly face and helpful resource throughout our stay. The patio was definitely worth it. It was so peaceful and serene to just sit in the hot tub and stare off at the creek and mountains. The less than 10 minute walk to town on the abandoned tracks was so easy, romantic, and fun. This is a great place to stay for couples or families!

She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and incredibly well-prepared. The host went above and beyond—there was a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. She truly thought of everything we might need, from toiletries to kitchen essentials, including a variety of snacks/breakfast items, coffee and teas. It made our stay comfortable, relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

Loved the place and had a very comfortable stay. Place : Beautiful location, so convenient to travel to any part of New York. The path station is 5 min walk. Services : very good. The check in, stay and overall experience was super. The apartment was neat, clean and had all the amenities required. The Harrison urby services were remarkable. We had some minor issue with our bathroom a bit late in the night and they had it fixed in 30 min. The host was very accommodating, we had a later flight and they allowed us to check out 2 hrs late. Most importantly we forgot our smart watch and they called us the same evening for us to pick this up. Around: There is Harrison plaza near buy where you have Wallgreen, Wendy and grocery shops etc. You can get anything you need quickly. Great food options Italian. Korean. Mediterranean. There are some restaurants within the urby location also, nice cafe. Overall would recommend this place. I will definitely go again next time I visit.

This was a lovely getaway, went up for Memorial Day Weekend and getting some nature in at Minnewaska state park, it was rainy this weekend so we ended up having more time at the house then planned but we were so cozy it was a delight, we had some empty tanks for the grill when we arrived but the hosts offered to reimburse us for the refuel which was very kind, also had a friend who left their jacket and keys and Kyle and Jasmine have been wonderful in helping them get it back! A great cozy stay, the ride up was scenic

We enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for us to sleep 4 people. The bedrooms were nice and bathroom recently updated. We experienced some loud noise from the above neighbors on a Sunday morning but other than that it was quite. There is a nice washer and dryer with detergent that we used too. It was also nice to be close to Pershing field park and not far to get on the PATH train into NYC.

Everything was absolutely amazing. We felt at home the entire stay and had everything we needed. Carl was really easy to work with. I mistakenly booked the trip a day shorter than needed. At the last minute I realized my mistake and Carl was quick to respond that adding an extra day was no problem. The system had a problem though allowing me to book an overnight stay on the same day I “checked out,” but Carl worked back and forth with me and with AirBnb help until I was finally able to book that extra night. Carl remained professional, calm, and polite, even though I know that was probably stressful and a pain to deal with. The problem was 100% on me, but he helped to fix it with such grace. I really appreciate the professionalism. I highly recommend both Carl and this specific rental. Thank you!

Our family weekend at Casa Julia was awesome. All 3 generations loved the layout of the house and the beautiful lake across the street. The house was nicely decorated, matched the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for relaxation and exploring the Catskills!

Beautiful surroundings and a very spacious home for large groups. We had 8 people staying overnight and had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and clean up was easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Cleanliness and Location is what our main focus is in when we were looking for a place in New York! This place had it ! We understand why all the reviews talked about the house conditions and repairs but that did not bother us one bit! Also it’s a beautiful home and when I tell you clean ! The house is very modern, clean and organized. Nice stay, but too bad the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the outdoor space.

Great setting, lots of beautiful areas to explore, and very private. Paula was a great host, and also gave great local recommendations.
