Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight.
