Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Štifanići

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

The house with pool between vines and olive trees in Croatia is an absolute dream! It definitely deserves 6 out of 6 stars. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by picturesque nature. The house itself is beautifully decorated and offers all the comforts you could ask for. The pool is great and invites you to relax. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants and provided us from the first day with specialties such as olive oil, wine and spirits from their own cultivation. We enjoyed our stay here to the fullest and highly recommend it! Thanks also to the father of the two owners, who provided us with everything and made our stay perfect. We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. We had an incredibly nice stay at Rafael & Milena's! We were very warmly welcomed and have some great tips for the area incl. restaurants, beaches, hikes, etc. The apartment was very clean and the small garden was beautifully done, with lavender and rosemary bushes. The mattress was also ideal, not too hard but not soft either. The view is also exactly as shown in the pictures and you can sit outside and have breakfast at sunrise. Many thanks again from us! 🙌🏼

We were passing through for 4 nights at Bojana's. We were very nicely received, even the dog Sarah of her parents was happy. The apartment is beautifully furnished, especially the bathroom with the infrared sauna is nice to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bedroom are well equipped, the bed was cozy. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, but only a small couch, so it is not really possible to chill on the sofa for two. Outside there is a small bench and an armchair with a table, a few sun loungers would be even cooler. We had cozy evenings with Sarah (dog) with a picnic blanket. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very well. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. The beach was about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back :)

We enjoyed our time at Marino's accommodation. We especially liked the pool. It is located in a quiet, secluded location and is very well maintained. Even in the small apartment, there was everything you needed. Marino and his whole family are also very warm and made us feel welcome. We can 100% recommend Marino's accommodation!

We only dealt with Stjepan, Suzana's husband. Stjepan is a fantastic, warm, friendly man, a top! host. Every day we met when he was cleaning the pool. Always a chat, he speaks and understands English well We recommend this place! Everything is present ! Jacuzzi , very nice with view over the town, you feel like king and queen ! We had a very nice time and were received very kindly by Adrianna. The location is great and in a few minutes we were in old town. Check in and also the check out was very relaxed. The apartment is very nice and for the two of us completely sufficient from space.

We stayed the 2nd time and we already booked for next year! Everything was perfectly clean, the views are wonderful and Senka is such a friendly host. See you next year :)

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

It was beautiful! In the middle of nature and yet by bike in 10 minutes in the city and in 5 minutes on the beach. The accommodation is super cozy and Toni and Nina are very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back 😊

Wonderfully beautiful apartment, plenty of privacy, very fully furnished. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore provided with all comforts e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, quick responding host. In short, GREAT!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Perfect location. Tidy and well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous view. Parking for a fee. We loved it.
