Direkt beim Haus starten Wander- und Biketouren. Bregenz ist circa 1 km entfernt der Bodensee 10 Minuten. Das Bödele (Skigebiet/Wandern) ist circa 25 min entfernt. Innerhalb von 40-60 Minuten sind die schönsten Schigebiete (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) zu erreichen.

Die Liegenschaft wurde 1932 erbaut und 1995 saniert. Sie liegt nahe der schweizer Grenze (Schaffhausen 20min, Zürich 50 min, Freiburg/Stuttgart 50 min) und ist für Touristen welche Stadt u/o Land bevorzugen perfekt. Der ideale Urlaub für Zeitreisende. Mein Haus wurde 1910 als eines der ersten Ferienhäuser am Bodensee gebaut. Die Athmosphäre im Haus ist entspannt, langsam und fröhlich und man findet hier die Zeit für all Dinge die einem wichtig sind. Naturbelassener Strand. Der Strand liegt außerhalb meines privaten Grundstückes( unterhalb der Mauer) Beim Blick aus dem Fenstern sieht man über den Park zum See . Wer noch mehr Natur sucht, spaziert durchs Eriskircher Ried.
