Suncem okupana kuća za odmor s bazenom nalazi se u mjestu Štokovci, u općini Svetvinčenat, u središtu Istre. Kuća raspolaže s 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnim boravkom s kuhinjom, te hodnikom i kupaonicom. S osunčane terase pogled se pruža prema bazenu oko kojeg su ležaljke sa suncobranima. Iza kuće se nalazi veliki parking i trampolin za djecu, a sa strane su ljuljačke i kamin za roštiljanje.
