If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Small attic apartment in Bruchsteinhäuschen Eifel/Aachen The small 1-room apartment (approx. 30 sqm) "Fewo Schwalbennest Zwealbennest Zweifall" is located in the attic of a cottage comprising only two of these apartments in one of the oldest streets. The cottage was newly built in the early 1990s according to the historical model. Off the main road you can spend a relaxing time here. A free car parking space belongs to the apartment.

This beautiful place can accommodate 2 people. Grocery stores, drugstores, gas stations, banks and a pharmacy are within walking distance. Parking is available on the street free of charge. Two-wheelers can be safely parked in the private garage. The center of Aachen is about a 15-minute drive. Please note that we do not currently offer duvet covers. However, bedding is available for 2 people. We appreciate every inquiry!

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
