Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

Wood-fired sauna on the plot completed in January 2024. Fine longitudinal tracks and groomed trails are just outside the door. Trillevallens ski area offers both easily accessible off piste as well as a large children's area and good backlunch. Transport lift to the ski area is a few hundred meters from the house or a couple of minutes by car.

The apartment is truly ski-in & ski-out: put on your skis at the front door and go explore everything Åre has to offer. Also close by (under 150 meters) are a grocery store, Skistarshop, restaurant and illuminated cross-country tracks. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a wrap-around balcony and sauna. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a bunk bed.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms with at least 2 sleeping places in each.
