An architect project built in 2021 with reused building materials in our wild blooming garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bikes can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west brilliant view of the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 m to bus stop, 100 m to outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Boendet ligger ca 1 km från vacker cykel/promenadväg längs havet till Stråvalla strand/badplats (ca 3 km) med kiosk(sommartid), lekplats, parkering och stor separat djurstrand. Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). A fantastic nice and well planned cottage of 60 sqm and with three bedroom. Very child-friendly with two children's rooms, big plot, playhouse and swings. Located in a beautiful setting with open views. Close to both forest and beach. Small kitchen with all that might be needed. Air heat pump for the winter and AC in the summer. Two large terraces with possibility of barbecue. Bathroom with a shower and a WC. Laundry facilities are available!
