Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Appartamento situato al terzo piano, senza ascensore, totalmente ristrutturato nel 2025, si trova in zona centralissima, vicino agli imbarchi per le isole, supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti. Organizzato e preparato come una camera di hotel. In bagno troverete asciugamani e teli doccia e il letto matrimoniale delle dimensioni di 160 x 200 cm sarà già pronto con lenzuola pulite. Alla sera dopo le 18:00 la via diventa "zona a traffico limitato" garantendo il massimo della tranquillità e silenzio.
