Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Stryn

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

Super great accommodation with breathtaking views! The jacuzzi and the free ferry to Leknes gave our stay the perfect finishing touch. In addition, the Airbnb is very cozy/lovingly furnished and fantastically equipped, including numerous board games and children's toys. A dream of a hut - original, stylish and very cozy, in exactly the right size - plus comfortably equipped with a nice bathroom and a perfectly equipped kitchen down to the last detail! The house is really a place to feel at home - even it is only for a few days. The pictures in AirBnB show nothing more than the real beauty of this place. Sometimes the view is even better than on the pics. ;) The farm with the sheep is perfect for kids and please ask Ingvild for Lego - the kids love the box full of fun, especially on rainy days. :) The house itself has everything you need to have a good time at Ingvild and Lasses place. I totally recommend to enjoy a few days on this beautiful, cozy and relaxing place in Sæbø. :)

Egil’s home was a beautiful and comfortable haven in the middle of the most stunning scenery my family and I have ever seen. Waking up to that breathtaking view each day was really special. In spite of the constantly changing weather on the fjord in May, we were still able to enjoy sitting outside and enjoying the hot tub at the end of a day hiking. Egil provided us with so much good information and was always available to answer questions. He went out of his way to make a reservation for us at Christian Gaard for dinner, which was another unforgettable experience. We highly recommend doing this. Thanks so much Egil for everything. , We would love to return someday!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Margrete’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — everything was exactly as described and even better in person. Margrete was a kind and thoughtful host, always quick to respond and happy to help with anything I needed. I felt completely comfortable and welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, peaceful yet conveniently located. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thank you again for the lovely experience!

Roar was very helpful and responsive The place was amazing and had everything we needed from it, for the restaurants and groceries you had to drive only for 8 minutes which is easy I liked the place and I would recommend it for anyone

We spent three nights at Roar's place and wish we could have stayed longer. It was so peaceful with good walking from the doorstep, and lovely waking up to the sound of birdsong. Roar went out of his way to make us feel welcome and offered great walking recommendations. Thank you!

A fantastic property, exactly as described, with all needs taken care of. All major attractions within a 30 minute drivable distance and a grocery store that sells practically everything literally at your doorstep We really should have planned to stay for longer than 2 days.

Jan was a great host who communicated really well. The space is a big and well-appointed apartment that was close to everything but felt quiet and private. We would definitely recommend it!

The location of this cute apartment was amazing! Great location for hiking, the waterfalls and restaurants are just a short walk away. Parking could not have been any better. The apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for a great visit!

Fabulous spot just up from Hotel Union and the Fjordcenter, with fun patio/deck to sit and see the fjords. There is a house just below, so not unobstructed view, but still magnificent. Annika gave us a warm welcome, very responsive, and the place was just as we expected - cosy and cute. We loved exploring Geiranger - found yummy spots down by the water (don’t miss Posten, or sitting on Berserk’s back deck). And of course just watching the fjords and everyone enjoying it! Heavenly!
