Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The apartment includes 2 bedrooms/bathroom with shower, toilet ensuite and 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, kitchen with dining table and a living room with TV. There is also a large balcony overlooking Mittersill Castle and the mountains. Two free parking spaces on the property are available as well as a lockable storage room for bike, skis & co.

Our house is right next to the Mittersill National Park Center and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. 5 minutes' walk to the city center and right at the ski bus stop. Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with great attention to detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the furnishings to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and approachable at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this accommodation, it is definitely worth a trip and I will gladly come back.

Conveniently located in a village. There is a grocery store, bakery, restaurant nearby in the small village. The Transient Lodging Tax is very direct and friendly. We didn't have much questions because she fully informed me about everything at the beginning. The place is spacious, tidy, and clean. Beds are comfortable. The small kitchen and bathroom were clean and equipped. In addition to the microwave and stove, there was even an oven in the kitchen. Overall, I really liked the stay, I recommend it to others.
