The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. In einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, unmittelbar am Rothaarsteig gelegen kannst du direkt zu Wander- und Radtouren starten. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, Gästezimmer für plus 2 Gäste, ein grosses Bad mit Wanne, Gäste WC mit Dusche, einen Wohn-/Essraum (mit Kaminofen) und Südwest-Balkon. Auf der grossen Südost-Terasse kannst du grillen und die Sonne geniessen. Die Küche ist komfortabel eingerichtet.

The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

We have almost completely renovated it ourselves with attention to detail. By arrangement, the garden with fireplace can be used. We look forward to seeing you.
