Ferienhaus Kraiter - Appartment Bertl

Das App. Bertl befindet sich im neu erbauten Ferienhaus Kraiter im EG , in bester Lage in Schladming. Es sind nur 200 Meter ins Zentrum, 500 Meter zur Planaigondel und direkt am Eingang des schönen Wanderweges "Wilde Wasser". Das gesamte Haus besteht nur aus 3 Wohneinheiten, jeweils mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Es besteht die Möglichkeit Fahrräder oder Motorräder in unserer Garage abzustellen. Zum Grillen und Entspannen lädt der dazugehörige Garten ein.

Wörthersee - Apartment 44

The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Just a few minutes' walk away there are free beaches with changing rooms and one with a snack bar. Wörthersee Plus Card with beach resort package included.

Gartenloft an der Mur

The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Highlights are the continuous glass front with a view of the Mur and the garden, as well as the covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom (double bed, incl. door). On the 2nd floor are more sleeping possibilities: 1 double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed) - both in the open space.

Das Auto kannst Du im Hof kostenfrei abstellen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt vor dem Wohnhaus benutzen.

Die Anfang 2025 renovierte, ~50m² große Wohnung, mit großzügigem Balkon, liegt zentral, am Fuße des Schlossbergs, ca. 5 min. vom Stadtpark entfernt und bietet Platz für bis zu vier Gäste (Ausziehsofa). Es ist idealer Ausgangspunkt um Graz kennenzulernen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Bus und Straßenbahnhaltestellen, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Bäcker und Café sind gleich um die Ecke.

In the apartment, you have two bedrooms, a toilet with shower, a little kitchen and a sleeping couch. There is floor heat all over. So it is perfect when you want to be close to the nature and still have a normal bed and toilet.
