Dorothea's Leitensima is a wonderful old farmhouse with a lot of charm. We were surrounded by birdsong and lush greenery. Nevertheless, you can be in Graz within 30 minutes by car and have many options for activities. The house is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the house is in the style of a farmhouse. It is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet and forgetting the stress.

We were there as early as 2022. We liked it so much that we booked there again now. The small apartment is quiet, bright, even with balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. Carolina and Alois are very friendly people and very helpful and straightforward. We will be back!!!

Everything you need in this well equipped, detached house, surrounded by a lovely garden. Carport on the property. Great value for money.

Everything is really right here, we felt incredibly comfortable. The house has a perfect, secluded location surrounded by forest and meadow, everything you could need is available. In addition, Christine is a great host who can give all sorts of tips and is available. We hopefully will be back!

We had an unforgettable stay at Hallstatt Lakeview House! The views were absolutely stunning — truly some of the best in the area. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions that made finding the house easy. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in the house with three couples. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and outside. Also that you could retreat for a while if you felt like it. The location of the house is also great. Could immediately walk beautifully (were there in June) and close to beautiful pictures or sights. Super friendly owners too. A small tip. Cleaning could really be better. Lamps thick layer of dust. The windows were very dirty. Cutlery and crockery were not always clean. Small things, but that was a pity. And the cupboards might be a little less full,😊 but this is personal But most importantly, it's an amazing house!! Recommended

We felt very comfortable in the beautifully located vacation home, the location is very quiet, you have a fantastic view, especially from the terrace, where you can have breakfast in the morning sun. Julian greeted us personally, the contact was very reliable and uncomplicated, we got tips for restaurants and activities. Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment was lovely,spacious,clean and all the small utensils you need fir cooking and cleaning..uter was so helpfull and freindly helping us with a day out we didn’t know how to do…i woul definitely stay here again..lovely gardens just by the river ..

We loved the apartment: the bed was very spacious, the TV had a mobile arm to see from the bed or from the sofa, the kitchen was small but with everything you need and the large bathtub. The area was very quiet and well connected by bus to all other places. The hostess has been very helpful and kind. Super recommended!

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

We can only agree with the previous reviews. Barbara does everything to make you feel completely comfortable! Thanks for the cold beer in the garden ;) The accommodation is very rural, but you can eat in the Spar and the bakery...There is also a café, which is already full in the morning. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need (including dishwasher, washing machine!). We really enjoyed the time in the garden, it is great and you can watch the bees at work all day ;) The bathtub (see pictures) is actually available and offers a great refreshment. Better than the children's pool around the corner. I'm sure we'll be back!

A very nicely furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and a great view of the Wörthersee in a quiet location. You can walk to a lake and viewpoint.

The house is very nice and in a good environment.Although it is a bit of a distance from the town, it is also completely a 10 minute walk without pressure.The host lady is very elegant and skilful, the breakfast prepared is also very delicious, and the communication is very comfortable and smooth.By the way, and cute dogs are also very friendly.Love it here so looking forward to seeing you next time!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tom's beautiful, light-filled apartment! The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment has everything you will need for your stay. The location was perfect for me--not too far from the train station and close to the historic city center. I also used trams and buses to reach destinations further out. I can't imagine there's a better place to stay in Graz and would happily return!

It was a great place in the countryside with a lovely atmosphere. The host was kind and welcomed us with a gift. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Austria.

I had a great holiday with my dog Polly. The apartment is very well equipped, I have never had such a good kitchen in an Airbnb. Everything you need for cooking was there. The neighbors were super nice and helpful. The dogs could also run together in the large garden, as everything is completely fenced. The surroundings are beautiful and you can do many great hikes or go swimming at Lake Leopoldstein. I can definitely recommend the accommodation and may come back again.

We travel in this area every year and were now guests of Franz for the second time. For nature lovers seeking tranquility, the area is an absolute dream. During our stay, we explored the Wilden Berg in Mautern, visited the Schaibelsee in Hohentauern, hiked to the Schwarzbeeralm and swam in the beautiful bathing lake in the village. There's something for everyone! Franz is a wonderful host and the apartment was super clean again and really has everything you need.

The apartment is very nice and you feel right at home; the kitchen is super equipped, as well as the grill is great. The only downside is the lack of curtains in the bedroom - it is very bright very early! For a relaxing holiday, I highly recommend the apartment!

Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

Everything was very well communicated. One day before check-in, you will receive a message with all the information about the stay (arrival, check-in, the apartment itself, recycling, check-out). The pdf with explanation we received was only in German. Maybe there were other languages available after request, but we didn't check this. For the rest, it was a friendly host and an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Great accommodation with a super friendly hostess. The apartment is super easy to reach by bus, which runs every 10 minutes. Everything you need is available in the apartment and Friederike is always available for tips and help. We spent a great week there and can also recommend it without reservation. The apartment is very quiet and yet right in the middle of the city, just great. Check in was totally flexible and easy and communication with Mr. and Ms. Rogl was always immediate and very friendly.
