Charming archipelago house in the village

Entire upper floor with private entrance in archipelago house with roots from the 18th century. The house is located in the "village" in the middle of the island with walking distance to swimming in all directions, 30 meters to the grocery store and 10 minutes walk to the ferry location Bratten. From the balcony with evening sun, you can see sheep grazing in the meadow. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Washing machine available in the bathroom, working wood stove in the kitchen. The accommodation is approximately 75 square meters.

Welcome to our house. The house is 170 sqm, tastefully decorated and close to swimming. You can easily get to the neighboring island Donsö through bridge connection. As well as the other islands in our boat archipelago. Restaurants and shops are available at the island with walking distance. We have a very nice forest around the corner of the house with great views of the archipelago. Golf cart to rent on Styrsö Bratten. To Styrsö you come from Saltholmen with passenger ferries that take about 15 minutes. In the house there are four bedrooms with room for 6-7 people

Newly renovated 1-storey villa on cozy Asperö. You can easily get here with the archipelago boats, which run regularly, from Saltholmen in about 10 minutes. Only a few minutes from the house is a lovely swimming area and in the immediate area there is, among other things, a tennis court. Knarrholmen is a car-free island with several nice swimming areas, both with a sandy beach, bathing jetty and cliff jumping. You can only get there by ferry or your own boat. Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.

The house on the hill

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.

Very nice and old house with good sunny position and peaceful area, just a stone's throw from the bay. Close to stunning nature trails and a magnificent rocky landscape.
