Close to Långedrags Värdshus, as well as grocery store Coop or Hemköp. 20 minutes by tram to the city and about 40 minutes to Liseberg and Universeum. A stack of wood by the stove and inside the sauna and as an extra luxury, there is a canoe and a rowboat. ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy at Ifiske, search for fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can purchase cleaning for SEK 3000

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, freeze. Extra freezer. Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Extra WC. Sauna.
