In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

In a quiet and leafy residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (near the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you in a house with garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen size bed. Our house is from the 1950s, it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We have updated everything. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom with bed 1 living room sofa and 1 single bed 1 fully-equipped kitchen 1 shower 1 toilet You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
