The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Take a breather at the gates of Nantes! "Orval et sens" urban gîtes is at Pont du Cens in a quiet and green area. A direct line takes you by bus to the center of Nantes or to the train station. By car it's easy thanks to the proximity of the Nantes ring road and a free parking space is reserved for you. Here, everything is designed for your comfort, from bedding to bath towels. Many welcome products and a fully-equipped kitchen are there to make your stay pleasant.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!
