Despite the quiet location, you can easily reach bush taverns and shopping. Thanks to its location on the Slovenian border, the house is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, and the surrounding area invites you to cycling and hiking tours. Perfect for combining relaxation and active holidays.

Vacation home in the countryside at 1100 m above sea level

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

This special place has its own unique style. The house under the cherry tree has wooden structures, clay and lime plasters. Its walls are made of straw and provide good thermal insulation. This natural construction allows all of us who step under its roof to relive the magical past of Prekmurje and get closer to the traditions that have been preserved over the centuries. The house is located on a hill in the village of Ropoča, in the Municipality of Rogašovci.
