The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

Our rustic wine cellar is located at the foot of the Geschriebenstein in the middle of the wine idyll Rechnitz. It has been around for more than a century, is in top condition, convinces with its quiet charisma, invites you to relax from everyday life and is only suitable for fit people, as the upper floor is accessible with an extendable staircase. No neighbors, no Wi-Fi but electricity, running water and cell phone reception. Getting up with the deer and rabbits is not uncommon.

You can reach the beautiful Klippitztörl in just 15 minutes by car. In summer, the Klippitztörl is a pleasure hiking paradise and in winter a ski adventure world. You can also reach the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg in 35 minutes. In 45 minutes you can also be in Graz and Klagenfurt.

The cottage is located on the same property as the main house, where the two hosts, a small dog, and a cat live. Laundry and breakfast service available upon request.
