Our family of 4 had a great stay at the House of Adventure! The hosts met us on arrival and enthusiastically shared their recommendations on what to do in the area. The home was comfortable and well-equipped and features endless hiking and cycling just out the front door. Ljubljana, Lake Bled, and other must-see tourist stops were an easy day-trip for us. We would highly recommend this stay!

Above and beyond! Everything about our stay was beyond our expectations. The apartment is incredibly beautiful and unique, and much more spacious than the pictures indicated. The host was amazingly accommodating, really going above and beyond at every step. Staying here for a few nights was one of the highlights of our 5 week European tour, I highly recommend it if you are lucky enough to be able to book!

Very nice location and view

This was our first stop and stay in Slovenia. Could not have asked for a better welcome into this gorgeous country. We drove to Ksenija’s home, situated up on a hill with nice landscapes and single lane roads. The home is beautiful, very serene, clean and surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards. Ksenija is a wonderful host, warm, accessible, shared some great suggestions for wine tasting and restaurants and showed us around the very well equipped home. We’ve seen some of the best night skies and the best sunsets! We’d be very happy to come back and stay for longer soon 😊

This was an absolutely beautiful house overlooking the city. Anita was a consummate host and made our stay much more pleasant and easier. She left the kitchen stocked with more than sufficient essentials. The house is a somewhat strenuous 1/2 mile walk up or down a hill from the tram stop but when we were hot or tired, taxi service was easily available and inexpensive.

We had the great pleasure of staying at this property and were thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent and easy to find, thanks to clear and detailed directions. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped — far beyond our expectations, especially for cooking and barbecuing. The downstairs kitchen proved particularly convenient and fully functional. The bedrooms are large and pleasant, with high-quality bedding, and the view over the valley is simply breathtaking, even when the clouds are low. The overall atmosphere of the place invites relaxation and well-being; we felt so comfortable that we would have gladly extended our stay. The host was highly responsive and exceptionally kind. We were genuinely impressed by the quality of both the hospitality and the amenities. Without a doubt, we will choose this property again for any future visit to the area. Thank you so much for all.

We had a nice stay, the cottage is spacious and well equipped. The service was great and the lady at the reception was very nice. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time with Ana and Tadej. The place corresponded exactly to the description, and the hosts were always available when we needed something. We were particularly impressed by the private sauna, the fireplace and the many green areas around the house – simply fantastic! Each of us had our own room with bathroom, and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. It was just perfect, and we look forward to coming back as a group.

Very friendly host! Home has all comforts. 3 bathrooms and large bedrooms. Lots of privacy in and around the house. Beautiful clean outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is inside. Quiet and safe environment. Shopping center and supermarkets and bakeries are close by. Not far from town of varazdin where there is more to experience and a little more than an hour drive to Zagreb and Maribor. Plenty of towels, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher everything at hand. Garden chairs, sunbeds and beautiful activities on the lawn. In short, a beautiful accommodation. Some softer beds and pillows. 1 room really has a king size lovely bed! We have been super helped with cots and chairs. Please communicate your need and they will think along with you! Very nice to meet these people.

We were a group of 6 adults and one child and had a wonderful time in this house. The house was spotlessly clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – there was nothing missing. Amicie was very friendly and always quick to respond. We would come back any time and can highly recommend this house!

We had a really great time. Dennis was great and available at any time. The house is large and really suitable for up to 16 people. Half of the beds are sofa beds but these are also very comfortable. The pool is incredibly large and all people can swim, play ball games and relax there at the same time. It's also okay to celebrate together there as long as you treat the house well. Thanks for the lovely stay, we will be back!

Hello, already right when booking the villa I could remember, that Cornelia makes a lot of effort to give me and my companions a great experience. Not only does it have a stunning villa but take care of everything around what you want. We had a severe thunderstorm during our stay. Here she immediately inquired about us, came by, your kind and behavior super well! The villa is even better than on the pictures, I can only recommend that to everyone!

I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb with five friends and our dog, and it was really the nicest place I have ever spent time in. The space was more than sufficient for all of us, each had enough space to unfold and relax. There was nothing missing: from kitchen utensils to a well-equipped first aid kit to firewood for fire bowl, fireplace and barbecue – everything was perfectly prepared. Especially the feeling of feeling comfortable and at home there immediately. The place looked even better and more spacious in person than in the photos, which is often different. The atmosphere was so welcoming and warm that I will definitely come back. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Since they live just a minute away, communication was always hassle-free. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a memorable time with friends or family.Perfect

It was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful and well-kept villa. The surroundings are very nice, with tidy villas in a quiet area. You can take walks in the woods, but also access the activities of the nearby campsite. So a great compromise between relaxation and fun activities.

Nice house in beautiful area, everything available for a relaxing holiday. Friendly host who likes to communicate and give tips. Super quiet at night. Our dog Seppi also enjoyed it very much. We'd love to come back here!

Great house to relax in. Lots of room for large families and a great kitchen to prepare meals. The outdoor eating area allows you to enjoy the views. The pool is refreshing! Hosts are extremely helpful and friendly.

The place was great! Beautiful surroundings and lots to see nearby. You can also take a quick walk through the street itself, which is a plus for the early hiker or for a quick walk with the dog! Very nice house, clean down to the last detail! Bled is a 2-hour drive from the house but definitely worth it. There is also a lot to see in the center of Maribor and also definitely worth it! Jack and Joe is a top restaurant and definitely worth a visit. We will come back again!

We had a wonderful weekend at Arno's place on our return trip from Croatia. The villa is beautiful & the pool which is not very common in Austria completes it all! View of the vineyards from the roof terrace is phenomenal. Arno is incredibly hospitable and you immediately feel at home. Thanks for the wonderful weekend & maybe see you next time! If we had still had time, we would have stayed even longer😊 They are unlikely to be nice and friendly hosts who make you feel right at home. The rooms and the whole complex are very tastefully decorated down to the last detail. Will come again any time🤗!!
