This house was peaceful. It was really quiet and nice to sit on the back by the water and have a drink and enjoy the water. the instructions were clear and easy to understand in how to get to the home and in and out of the gated community during closed hours.

Ray really helped me out with a last minute booking after I had to leave my accommodation, due to a major water leak. Lighthouse Chalet is located in a lovely quiet area and had everything you need for a comfortable stay by the seaside. Thanks very much

What a great place to stay; very rural but close to the small towns and villages. Immaculately clean, very well equipped with everything one could need. The enclosed outdoor space was great, especially for our two dogs. Communication with Penny was excellent , she's the perfect host. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our visit very much.

This stay was absolutely wonderful. Exactly what we needed. Karen provided us with so much information we felt like we had already been there before we even arrived. Our daughter has declared it 'the best 'hotel' she has ever stayed in' and has already asked when she can stay again.

Home from Home,, Very comfortable beds.. Accessories well thought through, everything you could possibly need indoors and out. Advertised as dog friendly, so clean if a dog has holidayed here absolutely no evidence. would definitely recommend and look forward to another visit.

A lovely comfortable holiday chalet. Everything one could wish for and not far from the essential shops. The wifi was excellent and made remote working possible. A responsive host always willing to help.

The location is a quiet corner and at the same time a short walk to the marina connected to the playground for children and a beautiful park , close to shops and bars. To the beautiful sandy beaches systans 15 min by car. The host was very communicative , we could easily check in sooner , a nice and delicious surprise was waiting for us when we arrived , for which we were very grateful to Justine. A spacious living room with comfortable sofas perfect for spending time with the family on colder evenings. Comfortable with clean and comfortable linens. The kitchen was equipped with necessary dishes and the tableware was a new air sucker very easy to prepare quick meals. Thank you for the opportunity to host Justine with us, we highly recommend and encourage you to take advantage of this offer.

Great location on a lovely park close to the marina. The chalet was as described, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Justine was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay and we hope to return in the future.

Janice made us feel very welcome with a generous hamper upon our arrival. There were lots of thoughtful extras, tea, coffee and milk as well as extra towels, pillows and blankets. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this lovely holiday home. Thank you.

We had a great week in this bright and cosy holiday Chalet. The advertising photos in my opinion show it for exactly what it is. The accommodation had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. We had some lovely warm sunny weather whilst we were there for the week so it was in a great location for coastal runs/walks and nice beaches not far. The White Horse Inn was also an added bonus just a stones throw away, with descent pub grub. We also used the Chinese takeaway next to the pub which was very satisfying. We are a family of four with a 15 year old son and 11 year old daughter and we would all recommend this chalet and location if you enjoy a peaceful environment with lots to do without having to travel too far. I was not on a conventional holiday as I found myself alone following a holiday where my elderly uncle got admitted to hospital for emergency surgery. My husband had to get home with our dog for work so it was quite daunting, until I found Sara’s beautiful caravan , set in Hopton Holiday Village overlooking the most amazing & open views of the sea. It was perfect, I felt safe & secure but a lot more independent than being in a hotel. Sara was really helpful, friendly & accommodating.

We had a lovely few days thank you to Kevin and Eve who had thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good easy to follow instructions on how to get there Well equipped for self catering in kitchen with added bonus of washing machine and dishwasher making it a relaxing stay As well as comfortable sofa, armchair and beds Dark curtains to block early morning light were helpful Short walk to beach and sea was really nice Set in a peaceful area Would stay again if booking this location as a family And Africa alive animal park nearby was a good day out, also Southwold

Had a great stay here with my dog, it was very quiet, great proximity to the the beach, we walked to beach at 4am every morning to see the sunrise. Bed was absolutely comfy, had everything I needed, kitchen was well equipped for what I needed, I didn't cook though, ate out or ordered take away. Used chalet as a base to explore the area, would definitely come back if I coming back to the area.

Our family had such a lovely stay in this very special place. Carol was a great host. The kids loved the bunk beds and felt right at home. The view is absolutely incredible and the house was well equipped. We would love to come back!

From start to finish of our stay we felt well informed and looked after . The short help guide clips we were sent were extremely helpful when arriving and checking in. The accommodation was clean and modern with lovely decor. The wine and biscuits were an added touch and much appreciated . The location of the accommodation is perfect for lovely walks along the beach. We can also recommend the local fish & chip shop in town which is a short walk away. We would definitely look to book again when returning to the area.
