Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Suffolk

A must stay for a romantic getaway!! On arrival we were welcomed by Tina & Greg, showing us round and giving us information that will help make our stay more enjoyable and suggestion of a local pub, The Chequers Thompson which we recommend. The booking was for two nights of peace and quiet away from our busy lifestyles. Deer cottage did not disappoint!! The cottage was clean and tidy, with ample space for a couple. The hot tub was a great addition and one thing we were most looking forward to relaxing in. We planned to make use of the kitchen by making our own evening meal which was well equipped for our stay. Tina and Greg take pride in their service and went above and beyond our expectations. I had informed Tina that we were celebrating my Partners 30th birthday. Tina went to the extra effort of displaying birthday banners and a card. We were gifted a delicious chocolate fudge cake and welcome hamper which had lots of little goodies! Thank you for your hospitality! We will be back!!

We had a lovely stay at the Pondbarn, the barn and the surroundings are so peaceful. The interior is beautiful and cosy we all really felt at home and are already trying to arrange booking for next year. Thank you!!

Had an amazing stay for my birthday which the girls also enjoyed. Beautiful surroundings and was a little home away from home enjoyable for everyone and just what we needed. 100% recommend to everyone!

Fantastic Host and Venue. Always happy to help with any requests and even decorated the house to celebrate the Birthday Girls. High recommend going to the local Fox and Hound Pub for food, its literally a 30 second walk away. Will definitely be heading back here again for a nice relaxing break!!

A picturesque home in a beautiful location. In a quaint little village you truly feel like you’ve been whisked away into serenity. Would highly recommend staying here, host is very friendly and welcoming, the home is well equipt for all your needs. If you are looking for rest and recuperation and time to reconnect with others without the hustle and bustle of life, this is your dream location!

It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

We had a lively stay at Helen's, the garden is huge and is fenced (which was handy with a toddler), it has a playground and a small house for kids that our daughter loved. It also has a direct access to a field with two horses that were happy to be pet. The house itself is very large, clean, with a play room and lot of books and boardgames, and a very well equipped kitchen. We felt instantly at home. Helen even gave us spices we had forgotten and needed ro cook a dish. And of course, there was the jaccuzzi! It was the perfect gataway for a long week end. Would 100% recommend!

I booked Maxines place with 7 of my friends for our friends Hen weekend. From very first booking Maxines beautiful home, Maxine was a fantastic host. Very quick responses and very friendly and polite. Maxine allowed us earlier check in so we could decorate with a balloon arch and some Hen party decorations in time for our bride to be to arrive. That was extremely helpful for us. From arriving and Maxine meeting us at her beautiful home to hand over the keys for the weekend and show us around with the instructions, everything was perfect. Maxine is extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. Now to the incredible airbnb in general. Maxines home is absolutely incredible. The way its decorated, the cleanliness, the homely feel, the space, literally everything about it was just beautiful! The garden area is just stunning, with the great touch of a hot tub! Some of our girls loved having a little relaxation in the tub in the afternoon sun. Would recommend Maxine and her home to all!

Honeysuckle, cabin was really amazing, nice and clean very comfortable and extremely well equipped with quality bedding, toiletries along with everything you could possibly need. This is somewhere I would be very happy to visit again. The host Richard was very helpful and on hand if you needed him, but left us to enjoy the peace and tranquility, in this beautiful relaxing setting.

We stayed at Christine's lodge June 2025 for my 60th birthday; me, my partner and another couple, plenty of space for us. This is our second visit to this lodge (our first stay was Sept 2024) and it didn't disappoint. Exactly as we remembered and described in the listing, the lodge is beautiful with everything you need within it to make it comfortable. Felt like home from home but more serene with beautiful surroundings. The lodge park is remote but peaceful, yet not far from lots of local amenitities if you want them (note they are driving distance, not walking distance!) but this is exactly as we wanted it. Hot tub is perfect, not overlooked by anyone. Christine is a great host and her communication/updates couldn't be better. She replies promptly to messages and the detailed instructions regarding access to the lodge, 'house rules' and location could not be faulted. Thank you Christine and hopefully it won't be long before we can visit again x

We were met on arrival by Mim who was so friendly and told us all we needed to know. The Summer House was spotlessly clean and was well stocked with everything you will need for your break. The hot tub was glorious and we loved looking at the sea and having a good relax. Wonderful hosts, a peaceful and quiet location, and an overall great stay! 😀

Amazing lodge, very clean and had all the amenities needed. We stayed for 1 night for my husband’s birthday and the little touches were lovely. A bottle of prosecco and orange juice plus milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and robes for the hot tub! The hot tub was so nice, especially sitting inside and taking in the views! We had a lovely weekend at Suzanne’s place. The surroundings were beautiful and so peaceful. The hot tub was the highlight and we spent a very relaxing weekend in it. The place itself is so clean and has a lovely layout. Suzanne and her husband were so friendly and were always reachable if need be. We will definitely be back. Rachael and Sarah :)

A great stay for our family. The perfect getaway from the madness of every day parent life! We enjoyed a 2 hour exploration across the acres of land nearby and some relaxation in the well maintained hot tub. The place was a home from home and extremely well kept. In the evening there were a few creepy crawlies, but expected in the countryside! The king sized bed was ever so comfy and the children slept well in the single bedroom next door. We would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back in the near future.

Harmony House is a fantastic property for a chilled getaway. We wanted somewhere to enjoy Father’s Day weekend while our daughter is recovering from a surgical procedure. This was the perfect choice. The house itself was as described, comfortable beds with a well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are spacious with good water pressure. We really enjoyed sitting out on the veranda in the evenings. The blinds around the veranda helped to keep it cool and comfortable, as well as private. Catherine is a lovely responsive host, who made sure that everything, including the hot tub, was set up for our arrival despite booking quite last minute. The site itself is very nice, we enjoyed a stroll round to feed the ducks. The Sunday Carvery at Barn1 is excellent, as is the breakfast at The Retreat. These are both less than a 2 minute walk from the property. We also enjoyed a game of Disc Golf, visited the horses at Redwings and had a slice of cake at Oliver’s Cafe. We look forward to returning soon.

We stayed in the Cornflower cabin and had a lovely time. Finding and entering the cabin was easy, and everything was clean and well-prepared for our stay. The fan was super helpful, and the cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing—a real highlight! The surroundings were peaceful, with birds singing and beautiful grounds to enjoy. It’s also very dog-friendly—our dog absolutely loved it! The space around the cabin was enclosed enough for peace of mind, and it felt safe and relaxed for both us and our pup. I’d recommend checking the temperature of the hot tub as soon as you arrive—it was way too hot for us initially, so we had to remove some logs and take the cover off to let it cool down. While the cabin is understandably small, we did find there weren’t quite enough hooks or storage for our belongings. However, this wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from our overall experience. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing countryside escape.
