Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

In an idyllic location, the apartment is 900 meters away, surrounded by picturesque nature, a 5 minute walk from the Rottachsee, in front of the imposing backdrop of the beginning "2000s" mountains. On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. The apartment is pet-free, but there are cats, chickens, sheep and bees for the house cats, chickens, sheep and bees, and a variety of opportunities to exercise in the fresh air.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Our house is in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment is ideal for 2 persons (maximum 4 people) and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Shopping is very close. Infants also cost us 5€ per night. This fee is additionally due upon a reservation and will be charged by us by changing the reservation.

Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Allgäu surrounded by lakes, mountains and forests. The beautiful, quietly located apartment "Mohnblume" offers you a place to feel good and relax on approx. 40 square meters. The newly renovated, light-flooded living and sleeping room with spacious kitchen is ideal for 2 people. The apartment also features direct access to a beautiful terrace with mountain views and a large garden.

Whether you want to relax in peace or actively explore the Allgäu, you are in the right place. Our newly furnished apartment offers the right starting point for all activities. Martinszell (near Waltenhofen) is about 2 km from the beautiful Lake Niedersonthofen, which invites you to swim, walk or bike. Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
