Holiday rentals with lake access in Sulzberg

Very nice, clean and cozy place with enough space in a great environment. We felt very comfortable in the Astara vacation home.

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

We were there for the second time and felt very comfortable again. The proximity to nature and the well-stocked village shop make the accommodation a great vacation destination. We hiked a lot again (Tannheimertal and the surrounding area and were in the bike park in Hindelang.

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

Janin is a very friendly hostess who cares very much about the well-being of the guests. If you have any questions or concerns, answered very quickly. We were even allowed to stay longer on the check-out day. The house is huge and offers all the amenities you could wish for. In particular, the seating area with its we were drawn to the sweeping furniture. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out in the spacious rooms. There is a very large garden, more like a small park with a swimming pond, which we did not use (on the one hand it was too fresh, but on the other hand the water is not inviting to swim in at the moment). Although there are two apartments, the two parties do not disturb each other, as the outdoor areas are partially separated from each other, each with their own seating and barbecue facilities. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can highly recommend the hostess, the house and its surroundings.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. If what is, it will be handled immediately. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of excursions in the area. Amenities are as described. It has everything you need and it is very clean.

The best has been made of the cottage visually and in terms of furnishings. The beds are totally comfortable. For a longer stay, there is a lack of storage space for clothes or the like, but we simply lived out of the suitcase over the weekend. In general, there is enough space for 8 people to sleep and eat, but not necessarily to spend a lot of time in the house. The location itself is beautiful on the Ammersee and you can also walk very quickly to the lake promenade, where life is. The fact that the cottage is on a campsite was sufficiently described, but unfortunately it was still not so clear to us that people camp directly under/on the terrace and you have less privacy than expected. All around really very sweet and cozy and recommended for larger groups who want to spend a lot of time on and around the Ammersee and are looking for a nice place to sleep.

Our time at Lake Ammersee was wonderful - and Birgit's apartment contributed a lot to this. We felt super comfortable from the first day! Birgit always responded quickly and was very helpful, thank you! We would book the apartment again 🤗

Anna-Lena's apartment was very cozy, clean and quiet. We were very pleased with the private parking space, as we always had a safer parking space. The super-equipped kitchen really had everything your heart desires. It is only a 15-minute drive to Neuschwanstein and the area is also great for hiking. Our little furry friend 🐶 and we felt very comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back. :)

We really enjoyed the week for eight in Moritz's place - right on the lake, with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

The view of the room is very good, you can see the lake, it is very quiet.The room is very clean, the host will communicate in advance how to check in, and you can enter the room very smoothly.We can find everything we need.The only minor issue is that people living in the living room may find the refrigerator a bit noisy.

Super clean apartment. Very central location to get to know Ammersee. Shopping markets in the immediate vicinity. Wonderful view of the Ammersee. Beach and bar nearby, 2 minutes' walk. We were all super excited and enjoyed the time very much. Martin and his family are very accommodating and friendly. It's a shame that time has passed so quickly. This place can't be described as such, it doesn't do it justice. It is an all-round carefree package where you feel very welcome. We'll see you again for sure.

Ideally located accommodation, very quiet and close to Lake Wörthsee. Gill's advice was very useful to us, especially taking the train to Munich, as well as the romantic road. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need to spend a beautiful week there. A vending machine for fresh products is a few steps from the accommodation, it is very convenient and good quality.

We had a wonderful 12 days stay at Marc and Silvia’s beautiful apartment. It’s very clean with quality furnishings. The view was amazing. The location was perfect. The town center, train/bus station, supermarkets were all within walking distance. There were quite a few beautiful trails started right outside the apartment. The best thing was the host. Marc and Silvia really cared about their guests. They gave us many wonderful recommendations, from restaurants, top sights to nearby hidden gems and hiking trails. They made sure that we had a great holiday. We have traveled all over the world and stayed at many Airbnbs, Marc and Silvia were one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. Thank you so much for making our vacation a very memorable experience. We will be back.
