Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Genieße dieses besondere und ruhige Ambiente und entspanne bei einem Bad im Pool oder in eurer privaten InfrarotSauna in einem unserer großen Schlafzimmer.

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

The Zugspitze apartment has 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed, a single bed and a clothes rack. The two bathrooms are equipped with shower / toilet, sink, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer. The living room with a large couch, 2 cozy armchairs, satellite TV, a tablet and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee capsule or filter machine, fridge and dishwasher.
