Three houses - Pear

Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic center of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with an emphasis on detail, comfort and functionality. The dominant feature of the studio is a spacious and extremely comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, which guarantees perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Here you will be surrounded only by beautiful nature. Chalet VLES, located far from civilization, offers the perfect escape from everyday hustle and bustle. Get ready for an experience where the only neighbors will be trees, birds and the murmur of a stream. A minimalist but thoughtful interior and private wellness in the form of a hot tub and sauna (sauna not included) await you. The house is for everyone who loves peace, nature and wants to enjoy more than just a night's sleep. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries and take home memories that you won't forget.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
