Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. Tiny House - Mühlviertel

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
