The quiet location, secluded right on the edge of the forest, is perfect for recreation/dog walks/relaxation/hiking/mountain biking/barbecuing/campfire/alpacas/private spring water/private bees. Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Die gut gedämmte Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse am Stadtrand von Arnsberg und ist auch im Sommer angenehm kühl. Sie hat mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WLAN und voll ausgestatteter Küche alle Annehmlichkeiten um Ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bieten. Der Zugang ist über den Balkon, ihr Auto hat einen eigenen Stellplatz.
