Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Susitna North

Not enough kind things to say about our experience! So peaceful, Sarah is responsive, very clean and cozy. Great are for walking to the lake. Comfy beds. We highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our visit to Talkeetna. It was a great, cozy cabin, and we would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Kelly and Rob’s place. It’s got excellent access to town and fishing. It’s also a great place to rest for a day or two if you are like us and are trying to pack as much into a vacation as possible. It has plenty of room to space out if you have been cramped up in the car for a few days and you need to spread out. It also has the washer and dryer to get you caught back up on your laundry while you are traveling. House is absolutely beautiful. Thanks again.

The guest house was near downtown making everywhere walkable! My kids loved the ping pong table and piano to play. Excellent choice with kids!

Would 100% recommend this place. Clean, easy access, and quiet setting. We’ll go back if we are in the area again. Craig was a great host and responded quickly anytime we needed anything.

We had an amazing stay at this house! Very centrally located with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Got some great views of Mt. Denali just down the street!

Enjoyed our stay at this Alaskan retreat. It was a perfect pit stop for our family to recharge before heading back home after a cruise. The views were amazing and accommodations were super comfortable and cozy. Lots of space and amenities. Felt private and secluded but also close to lots of shopping and dining.

Loved this lakeside getaway! Definitely check out the host’s recommendations, Flying Squirrel Bakery/Cafe and Spinach Bread were highlights of the trip. Be aware this is a downstairs space so if the host is around you will hear normal living sounds (i.e. footsteps, music, etc.) but this was never a problem for us as it was always quiet during sleeping hours. It’s a beautiful location and feels very homey, the kitchen is lovely and set up well. The outdoor setup is great if you catch nice weather (it rained the whole time we were there). Perfect for a solo or pair of travelers looking to relax and still be near plenty of things to do. I would book it for a longer stay next time!

This was such a peaceful place to stay with amazing views. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean!

Our stay was wonderful! This place has so much room. We had 2 grandchildren (age 5 & 10) with us and they loved it also. Only issue we had was a complaint from people whom lived below. We respected the quiet hours from 10-10 everyday. We did not know 1 of them worked 2nd shift, and got woke up by the kids couple mornings? They were playing tag out on deck one time. We told them we were sorry and would try to respect their wishes. From then on we worried about being quiet. This place is very close to grocery stores, gas, Walmart, Fred Meyer’s, and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and very convenient. There is a park 2 lots down which we went to and kids played and fed ducks. There is also a Church (Creekside Church) about 5 miles away, very nice Church and made us feel welcomed. The kids loved the Children’s Church also. This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular.

This apartment is delightful. Quiet, extremely clean, spacious and close to several high schools which makes it easy to attend sporting events/tournaments. Kelly is an excellent host and I would highly recommend a stay. It’s a little slice of heaven!

We are Alaska locals (Valdez) and had to drive to Whittier and back home. Maybe we're just getting older, but driving 800 miles round trip in less than 24 hours (our original plan) is too much for us, so we found Chad's place just to sleep before driving the rest of the way home. It was perfect: quiet, private, comfortable, clean, safe. We're putting this Airbnb on our favorites list to stay at again.

Friendly host and we felt right at home. We appreciated the reasonable price for 3 nights and the area was cute. My wife loved the flower boxes and the ability to have a camp fire. Great stay!

An absolutely beautiful cabin! Set up with lots of nice stuff. The lotions smell amazing! Every thing is well designed and put together. Our host was great and communicated with us wonderfully!

I only stayed a single night so far, but plan to book another full week stay. This place makes me feel right at home in the Pan-Handle/Central Alabama. Yet it’s on the Pristine&Gorgeous Big Lake, AK. If you need a family getaway for the summer, OR the winter! I HIGHLY recommend these Cabins and Tree house, they are truly one of a kind! Every inch of the property is Stunning, Views are out of this world, Mt.Denali in the distance, and Float/Bush planes over your head! I can’t wait to book a weekend in the winter and watch the Sled Dogs practice, from a distance! If I could nominate this BnB listing for the “Michelin” Star, I’d say it is beyond deserving of it. TAKE Seth’s word and check it out for yourself, it’s beyond worth the nightly cost!!! 🤩🤯

This cabin is so cozy and perfect for a getaway. I absolutely love everything about it. It makes you feel right at home in the country. Thank you Robin for sharing this awesome place with us. We will definitely be back again.

Andrea’s cabin was adorable and she let us use both sides so my cousin and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were so comfortable, shower was amazing! We had great weather and enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoons. The walk through the woods to town was fun and totally beat trying to find parking on a very busy weekend! We highly recommend this cabin~you can’t go wrong. Thanks Andrea!!

Everything is exactly as described. There was a coffee maker and all the supplies needed for a beautiful morning at the cabins. The garden had a little pond with flowing water and was extremely peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. The host was extremely friendly and answered very quickly. They truly did think of every way to make this an enjoyable stay for my family and myself. The beds were made with fresh linen and there was clean towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. The washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. There is plenty of kitchenware and a very spacious refrigerator. There was a microwave and electric kettle as well all which was great to have.

Nice location right on the River. Grounds are well kept with views of Denali. We particularly enjoyed the riverside fire pit. Our cabin was clean and comfortable and the nice deck furniture was a plus.
