Valdís place is just perfect - cozy, feels like home and with everything you need. Valdís was very helpful and nice. From the flat its a short walk to a nice hiking area and its also a short ride into the city (bus or car). We loved to stay here and when we visit iceland again we will check if this place is possible to rent 🙂

What a great apartment. I stayed here with my wife, two children (8&10) and sister for 5 days leading up to and including NYE. The photos do not do the apartment justice! It was immaculately clean, very spacious and incredibly well equipped. There is a small supermarket, pizza restaurant and coffee shop (although the latter was closed when we were there) within 150m walk. You also have larger supermarket in 5min drive, plus a 20min drive to downtown Reykjavík and great access to get onto main road routes for golden circle, south coast and Rekjanes peninsula. We hired a car and did day trips from here & Great to relax here after a road trip! Large balcony with views over towards Reykjavík which was incredible on NYE with the whole city alight with fireworks & especially with the friendly residents putting on their own firework displays. The host recommended a local bonfire and fireworks display which the kids loved. Parking is straightforward too! Will definitely stay here again

Sigrún is by far one of the best host we came across in the platform her place is beautiful well organized you definitely feel at home. there are not enough words to thank her kindness. she was always available for us. we spent 3 amazing days a her place. thanks Sigrún definitely we will recommend you to our friends coming to your amazing country.

Wonderfull and cozy appartement.

The apartment is very comfortable and with very friendly self-service check-in. It's very conveniently located and close to shops. During our stay we didn't lack anything, it really is very well equipped and it's easy to get around if you have a car. Thelma was always very attentive, in fact we had a small problem with the wifi and she helped us solve it in a very short time, being very helpful. We loved it and recommend it!

We had a lovely stay, really modern apartment with nice surroundings! If you’re wanting to go into Reykjavík frequently I’d recommend having a rental car just as the flat is a little bit further out, but the drive is straightforward into town. There’s a good spot to try and see the Northern lights nearby which is a plus of being further out. Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)

Great place to stay! Cozy apartment and plenty of space!

It was a memorable stay. Imagine you just moved in into your dream condo. Everything is new, clean, and well thought after. The place was spacious and immaculate. Anything you needed was right there for you. Beside that, Eydis was a great communicator and responded to massage within minutes. She offered for us to use any food in the fridge; which was very kind of her. Her flexibility with the check-in and the check-out time made our stay even better! We look forward to coming back again and soon 😊.

Fantastic unit. Fantastic location, on the edge of downtown and close to the shore. Fantastic host, who was very responsive and proactive—he contacted us one evening to alert us that the Northern Lights might be visible from the City. If you’re looking for a place in Reykjavik, consider this option!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Làrey was extremely helpful with everything, always providing quick responses. The kitchen is absolutely amazing and has everything you could possibly need—much more than expected. I truly enjoyed cooking there; it felt just like being in my own kitchen. This is the best house we have rented for our holidays. The beds are very comfortable. I was fall in love with Christmas decoration. Big thank you for that🥰 Everything was just perfect!I highly recommend it to everyone!

this was a great place! close to many things. we used it as a base for day trips around Iceland. super clean, quiet, and had all the amenities you need. alex was always quick to respond to all our questions and was so helpful. definitely recommend this spot.

Styrmir’s house was beautiful and was everything we needed on our trip. It was conveniently located by several grocery stores, not to mention being very close to the city center. It also had very easy access to the major highways out of Reykjavik, making day trips extremely easy. Styrmir was one of the most helpful and communicative hosts. He was a font of incredibly helpful information and continuously checked in to see how we were doing. The cats in the house were one of the best parts. They were super cute, extremely friendly, and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roberts place. The apartment is clean, warm, and super comfortable, and in a great location. You can easily walk to downtown, and it is close by to a couple of supermarkets, and one of the bus stops for airport transfers and excursions. I highly recommend the apparentment for couples looking to explore Reykjavik - thanks for a great stay!

It’s cozy apartment! The rooms are clean and the location is good. If you’re looking for a place near the city centre, it is a good option.

I cannot recommend this condo enough. This was a great place right outside of Reykjavík that allowed us to quickly go into town and provided a great jumping off point for our tours. The condo was welcoming and very clean - it is exactly how the photos and description describe it. The amenities were great, and the laundry was wonderful after long days. Also, Hannes was a phenomenal host. He allowed us to check in early because of an early morning flight, and was extremely responsive to any question I had. I cannot wait to return and rebook this condo. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Hannes for your hospitality!

We loved our stay. Hosts were quick and helpful in their responses. They left us some chocolates and champagne for our anniversary. The space was clean and more spacious than we originally thought, private and we felt right at home. My wife was sad we left! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Just had a brilliant stay at Óli's apartment, highly recommend it for anyone visiting Reykjavik! The location is great, a peaceful neighbourhood with an easy 15 minute walk into Downtown areas, the harbour and to the bus station for tours/the airport bus. There's also a great little supermarket just on the corner which was super handy for picking bits up. The apartment itself is really cool, a really unique architectural style, and full of character (we loved the lego 'street' on the shelf!). It really feels like a home from home, perfect to relax in after a long day exploring. The kitchen is really well stocked too, which is great for preparing meals some nights to help the budget. Óli was a great host, really proactive with information and recommendations for things to do/restaurants, and always super helpful and quick to respond with questions we had. Would definitely book here again if we go back to Reykjavik!

Amazing amenities and location (quiet and residential but close to center!), and very good communication from Konni, even while he was traveling overseas. The neighborhood and neighbors are also very nice. Altogether great experience when traveling with friends or family!

Erna Maria’s place was the perfect place for a solo traveler passing through. They were super proactive, responsive, and caring. Would stay here again any time.

We had a comfortable stay. The check-in instructions were clear and accurate. The kitchen was well stocked. The apartment has shared walls with family home and that means that you need to be quiet esp if arriving/departing quite early/late. There is a beautiful church at a walking distance. Sky Lagoon is located within 5 mins driving distance which is great.
