Wonderfull place ! I will keep very good memories of this beautifull cabin

Beautiful location and place and wonderful hosts! Our kids loved saying hi to the horses after coming home from our adventures.

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage. It was very cozy and warm even when the storm was raging outside. The location was great. Quick to the Golden Circle and the south coast and you could also see the Northern Lights very well.

This location is as small as it is described however the sauna, the lake and the location make it worth it. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and when we asked for horseback riding recommendations, he provided us with a place near by and his honest assessment of it. We really appreciated him doing that.

Staying in Dora and Nicolas' cozy flat was everything we could have wished. They were friendly, welcoming, helpful and generous. The flat was clean, well-supplied and super comfortable. It was a perfect location for walking to the University for our conference (7 minutes) and into the City Centre (+/- 20 mins) for events, museums and dining. (Just up the street are KaffiVest, a wonderful little cafe/restaurant, a small supermarket, and the local outdoor, heated swimming pool - an Iceland tradition!) We wholeheartedly recommend, and would gladly stay there again!

We stayed at Haukur's cabin for a week and enjoyed it very much. He was always easily accessible and helped us with everything. The property is beautiful and great for unwinding. It's very quiet and peaceful. It looked fantastic in any weather. The cabin is well equipped. You are about 20 minutes away by car from Selfoss and there is everything you need. It was very nice to meet you, hopefully until next time!

Harald’s place was peaceful and in a lovely location. It is private, with no light pollution, and pretty much has everything you need. There is a nice yard, cute fairy house and bridge on the side of the cottage, and a community playground within walking distance. A few miles up the road is a lovely church and historical site with a turf house, school cairn (built maybe during the Middle Ages), a memorial to Jon Arason—a 16th century bishop, and a field to forage a delicious local treat—crowberries! Perfect location to check out golden circle area-close to kerid crater, geyser, bruarfoss, gullfoss, and the geothermal bakery and springs—Laugarvatn Fontana. If I could live at Harald’s place, I would! He is a straight forward, responsive host. I got all the information I needed when I needed it.

Me and my brother stayed here for a while and we had appartment two. Rooms were give or take like in the pictures. The surrounding area and farm are superb, nature, grass and mountains. Hosts were friendly and directly spoke to us in a kind manner, we talked about the farm, the area and things to do. We had a lovely stay.

Even though we stayed here for only one night, we could recommend this lovely Airbnb. Everything was fine. Our check-in was flexible, which we were grateful for, as we explored Iceland into late hours.

Highly recommending this place and these hosts. Congratulations for building it all by yourself and making it so comfortable for your guests. Thanks again for the gifts! :-)

We had a great stay, with wonderful company to end our Iceland holiday. A truly unique place. And I mean truly unique. Jiri and Ella were fantastic hosts and made us feel like friends as we drank, danced, sang and played pool until the early hours. Check in was easy, our room was basic but clean, tidy and comfortable which is all we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone if it suits your travel plans, like it did for us.

Very unique stay! Campground vibes in a small neighborhood. Two bedrooms, bathroom, and small kitchenette in a private area with free access down the hall to a large kitchen and dining area. Fun little coffee shop/grocery store and a small play area my 2 year old loved nearby.

This apartment was perfect for two couples. Extra clean, well appointed, and designed beautifully. We had everything we needed. We had an electric rental vehicle and we’re able to use the charger, which was super convenient. It was a 7 min drive to the downtown area and parking was fairly easy to find.

We immediately felt very comfortable in Johanna's cozy house. The location is perfect and the surroundings beautiful. There are great hiking opportunities right outside the front door. Tourist highlights are easily accessible. Johanna is a very nice host. We will be happy to come back and fully recommend the place. We had great days here.

This accommodation is great, clean and in very good location. My view was amazing, i saw even the church from my window🤗 I am recommending this guesthouse.

Overall good experience. The house sits within a 10 minute walk of the main downtown area of Reykjavik. I had a rental car and street parking is free in the neighborhood which is a big plus for a larger city. No issues finding a parking spot nearby. Room was clean and private. Please note that the guest house has 3 bedrooms total so you will share a bathroom and kitchen with other guests. All doors have locks on them and a key so your personal belongings are safe. Newer washer and dryer is also available. There is also a small grocery store nearby if you'd rather cook than eat out. I was happy to have rent this.

Great stay at Victor’s place. Perfect location for exploring the city center and surrounding area. Easy parking, also close to bus and grocery. Very nice neighborhood. Best part: the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable.

not easy to find reasonable accommodations in Iceland, but this place was good on all counts.

A wonderful farm stay. Horses right outside the window, a friendly dog to great you and sheep in the morning. Well appointed and nice and quiet. Great value.

This place was perfect for our trip! It was clean & cozy and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and close to downtown. Host was responsive and gave great tips for activities. We especially loved comfy bed. Would absolutely stay again—highly recommend!
