This lovely, bright apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa in a quiet street near the Elliðaárdalur Valley. The apartment is aprox. 80m² with a private entrance and has a big living room/bedroom plus another bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher etc. In the apartment you find both a toilet and a small shower room entered through the laundry. Close by are bus stops, grocery shops, city mall Kringlan. The owners live in the same building with kids and a dog.

Fully refurbished 57sqm apartment at a peaceful location, close to swimming pools, city center (15 mins), supermarket (3 minutes by car) motorway to Golden Circle (app. 1.5hrs),etc. Sleeps 4 ( 1 bed 160*200, one sofa bed 90x200 and 1 single guest bed 90*200) Budget friendly but still enjoyable 💕 Kindly note that the water in Iceland smells like sulfur😊
