With three large bedrooms - one of which is a children's room with four beds - the house is suitable for a family of up to eight people or two families who are on vacation together. There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The garden has a large wooden terrace with dining area as well as a trampoline, fireplace and play equipment. The house is centrally located with only 500 meters to the beach, marina and pedestrian street.

Our house is located right down to Storebælt. There are sleeping accommodations for 10 adults, 1 guest bed, and 3 junior beds. View of Langeland and the Great Belt Bridge, and 20 meters to the water's edge. We live in an idyllic old fishermen's lodge where the atmosphere flourishes. There is a nice beach with a nearby jetty and green public space, as well as the possibility of recreational fishing. Fantastic nature. The place offers many great hiking and biking trails. The nearby campground has a restaurant, water park, kiosk, and playground.

With us, you will stay very close to both the city center, marina, beaches and the harbor environment around Svendborg Sund (5 min. walk). The charming 1900s house of 170 m2 offers three bright living rooms, an en-suite and a large dining kitchen. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (bed width: 180, 140, 120), and a lovely morning terrace. Full basement with possibility of extra bedding in the room. In the garden with fruit trees, bushes and lawn you will find an evening terrace. Toilet/bathroom on all floors. 2 parking spaces.
