Comfortable, well-furnished apartment with a beautiful view, clean and spacious. The location is perfect, where you can feel the breeze from the sea. Large shaded terrace with a beautiful view. Very good contact with a nice helpful host. A big plus for me was the possibility of parking the car in the garage! Staying in this apartment is a pure pleasure, we will definitely come back here. The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

The place was nice, clean, spacious. Upon arrival, we had less attention in the fridge - wine, ham, cheeses... The host was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we arrived later, it wasn't a problem. The host ordered us a beautiful fairy of ice where we saw dolphins and amazing islands in Croatia. Highly recommended. Great place to stay for a good price. We're happy 😊

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

Lovely host and great apartment

This place is pure magic! The apartment is so beautiful and modern. Its even more beautiful in person than on the photos. The views are to die for. I truly enjoyed my stay. And Ivan was very hospitable and friendly. I felt at home straight away. I would 100% recommend!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Even outside on the terrace, we could enjoy the peace and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, you are in the right place. Absolute recommendation!

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

I would highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed walking the area. Had a fabulous dinner & gorgeous sunset @ Ribar Jere which was a short walk. We explored Krka national park on our way to the apartment. We road tripped to Plikvicka National Park 1 day & it was an easy drive to & from. Loved the hot tub at night after hiking & driving. Roof porch was lovey to sit & read & view the water. VERY quiet & relaxing. Very comfortable king beds & quiet sleeping space. I would stay again if I return to the area. Beautiful apartment.

It was really gorgeous! The rooftop apartment was stunning and everything was modern and clean. The host also received us in a friendly way and was also very helpful! I will definitely return! :)
