Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung genau so wie auf den Bildern. Modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Tolle Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend und nur 10 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Eine liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Nieskazitelnie czysto, wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty , przepiękny widok z tarasu. Bardzo pomocna Ana mimo opóźnionego lotu o prawie 10 godzin bez problemu mogliśmy sie zameldować później . Jesteśmy za to bardzo wdzięczni. Na pewno jak będziemy w okolicy to wrócimy .

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Lovely, stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location-only a few steps away from the old town over the bridge. There are cafes, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. The area is quiet of a night time, so had peaceful sleep. Host Nina is quick to respond to any messages we sent and was helpful in recommendations for trips/taxis etc Thank you for a lovely holiday.

This is our favorite place to stop on the way to Montenegro. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and simply a wonderful person. The accommodation has everything you need, especially considering you'll likely spend your days at the nearby beach and your evenings strolling along the lively promenade, filled with restaurants and small shops.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Toll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Marina und ihre Schwester waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur zu empfehlen!

My partner, my son and I had a lovely stay at Marijana’s place. From the beginning she was so welcoming, going above and beyond - we even had fresh fruit that she had grown. She left our son a happy birthday note and even got him some chocolates! How sweet. Marijana was so welcoming, she made sure we had everything we needed and more. She also made recommendations for around the area. We will recommend this place to our family and friends and hope to come back ourselves some time. Marijana will treat you like family :) It helps that the views are amazing too, we had lovely barbecues in the evening with the sun still shining in the garden. Thank you Marijana!!

Wygodny dobrze urządzony Apartament z przepięknym widokiem , czysty o dużej powierzchni. Położenie wręcz idealne gdzie czuć powiew wiatru od morza. Duży zacieniony taras z przepięknym widokiem . Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłym pomocnym gospodarzem. Dużym plusem dla mnie była możliwość parkowania samochodu w garażu ! Pobyt w tym apartamencie to czysta przyjemność , na pewno tu wrócimy. Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt direkt am Meer! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend – jeden Morgen mit Meeresrauschen aufzuwachen war ein Highlight. Alles war super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin Nika – sie war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Wow! Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt bei Vesna. Solche herzlichen und freundlichen Menschen trifft man nicht oft. Die Unterkunft war für mich perfekt. Man kann ruhig in den Morgen starten mit Blick auf das Meer und von Bininje sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Zadar. Wenn man kein Auto hat, kann man sich auch per Bolt/Uber sehr günstig fahren lassen. Vesna war immer erreichbar und hat einen sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Ich habe den Aufenthalt geliebt. Es ist ein Supermarkt (Spar) 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch tolle Restaurants und einen Strand gibt es nicht weit von hier. Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, ich würde es tun!Ich komme auf jeden Fall mal wieder hierher. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Super Gastgeberin - Klasse 👍🏼 Wir haben uns in Majas Apartment sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles tip top sauber & super eingerichtet 👌🏼 Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von Zadar & Flughafen. Ja zu bestimmten Traffic Zeiten fliegen Flugzeuge über das Haus. Doch uns ja hat es nicht sehr gestört. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😊♥️

Gospođa Ada je topla, pristupačna i dostupna za sva pitanja i savjete. Apartman je besprijekorno čist i ima apsolutno sve što vam treba. Lokacija je uz more, a okolina je mirna i tiha. Ima dovoljno mjesta za parkiranje i automobil je dio dana u sjeni. Do centra mjesta treba 5 minuta pješice, kao i do trgovine, kafića i restorana. Mjesto je idealno za miran odmor. Svakako ćemo se vratiti opet!

Wunderschöne Villa mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberin. Das Apartment 3 im 1. Stock ist riesig für 2 Personen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gute Lage direkt am Sandstrand von Jaz. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Vorsaison kann man dort einen schönen und ruhigen Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank an die liebe Gastgeberin.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bei Sanja war perfekt – sehr hochwertig, blitzsauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der Jacuzzi und der gesamte Wellness-Bereich waren top gepflegt und luden jeden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Wer Erholung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

I would highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed walking the area. Had a fabulous dinner & gorgeous sunset @ Ribar Jere which was a short walk. We explored Krka national park on our way to the apartment. We road tripped to Plikvicka National Park 1 day & it was an easy drive to & from. Loved the hot tub at night after hiking & driving. Roof porch was lovey to sit & read & view the water. VERY quiet & relaxing. Very comfortable king beds & quiet sleeping space. I would stay again if I return to the area. Beautiful apartment.
